Needed professional help because there were only 2 wires instead of 5 wires for smart thermostat installation. Additionally, the fuses of the furnace bursted as well due to my previous unprofessional installation. Alpha Air immediately recognized the problem via description and provided a range of quote as well as an offer of immediate service. They came promptly. We already knew we needed to replace the whole HVAC system and they were able to schedule the job for the next day, and the price they quoted was almost 40% less than another quote we got for basically the same thing. Their quote was extremely reasonable and fair, and they even provided a temporary portable a/c unit for the day.

When Alpha air employee came out for a/c maintenance, it was not going to work, I sent him away before he did anything. I called Artur the owner, explained that the employee they sent out didn't want to do the full job only part. He apologized offered to come out himself do it for free whatever it took he said his employee was new and he would deal with it he even also offered me a year free maintenance.

That was very nice I took a couple days thought about it I called him back Arthur came out did maintenance on my AC very nice pleasant professional gave me a great deal on a part that that was needed showed me everything, cleaned up everything had informed me he talked to his employee and he's going under additional training I definitely would recommend alpha Air Artur really cares about his company and his customers. 11pm, 80+ degrees outside, and my AC stops working. Called several "24hr" HVAC firms to no avail, until Alpha's Artur answered my call and within an hour he was in my house, then 30 mins later my AC was back in business after replacing damaged capacitors. Very professional, received digital invoice with itemized charges.no more carbon copies like the last guy. Very happy with the experience.

I have been a customer of Alpha Air for a few years, and Adolfo has consistently provided excellent service. He routinely services my HVAC units has been punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. This evening, I came home to a warm house and found that my AC unit was blowing hot air. I saw that Alpha Air offered 24/7 service, and called in for service at around 10:45PM.

I spoke to Artur, and he said that he would be at my house in roughly two hours. Sure enough, shortly after 12:30AM, Artur himself arrived at my house. Despite the time, Artur had a great attitude, was extremely professional, and set to work immediately. Within a few minutes, he had diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in less than half an hour. More important, because the part that he had to replace was a part that they had replaced a little over a year ago, Artur didn't charge me at all--he provided the service and the new part at no cost to me! Let me start by saying go no further if you are looking to replace your AC System. Alpha Air is a class act. Artur, the owner, will come and give you an estimate. He has a very honest approach and will not try to sell you a system you do not need. He treats his customers like he wants to be treated Artur will spend as much time as necessary making sure all your questions are answered.

You will have a price before he leaves. The next day you receive an itemized quote for you to approve. The installation was completed in a day. The crew was on time. I was impressed with how the installation was organized, very effecient. The workers were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Will, the supervisor, is the best he explained the installation and answered all my questions.

He returned when the job was almost complete. He checks the system to make sure it is working, makes sure there was no damage to the drywall, and shows you how to work the WIFI thermostat. He will spend as much time as necessary with you to make sure you are comfortable with the thermostat operation and the installation of the system. Terri, in the office, makes sure you receive all estimates, bills, etc She responds to emails immediately.

What really impressed me; there was an issue with the new AC, it would not start. Will was able to figure out what was wrong but rather than fix he felt we should get a new unit. He contacted Trane and was back the next day to swap the Units. THAT'S IMPRESSIVE. This company is deserving of all the 5 star ratingsit has received. I will continue to use Alpha for all my AC and Heating needs.

I am going to make this super easy, just call Alpha Air FIRST for any/all your HVAC needs. Arthur was so fast to respond and came to my house same-day on a Sunday! I haven't seen that level of service from many service providers. When he arrived, he was courteous, respectful, and extremely thorough. It was also a huge plus that he uses technology (i.e. location tracking so you know how far away he is, pictures in the invoices with notes, etc) to improve his service. Just do yourself a favor and begin your journey with Alpha Air, you won't regret it.

Artur responded to a quote request after business hours. I saw the great reviews and we corresponded back and forth, setting up an appointment for the next day. He respected our home by wearing shoe booties and being careful to slip them on and off as appropriate. Seriously, most people don't. He took time to diagnosis our issue and even provided some additional maintenance. He is such a pleasant and personable person. He honors veterans. And we are happy we went with his company.

Great experience with this company. Our AC condenser was slowly dying this Summer and we contacted two different AC companies to try and fix it. One of them couldn't source the parts and the other told us we needed to expand our ventilation system and get better windows. We decided to wait until Winter to fix it but the system gave up the ghost before we made it.

We had no AC and it was still 90-100 degrees outside so we called Alpha Air. We called at 5 PM and they were out the next morning. They diagnosed the problem (internal short in the condenser) and gave us a good quote to replace the entire system (based off what we expected from our research on prices). They were able to source the equipment and replaced the entire system the following day.

All told it was just under 48 hours from when we called to when we had a brand-new AC unit and furnace. The system has been running great since and we haven't had any issues. They are even coming back out to do a free inspection to make sure everything is functioning as it should. I'm glad I found this company and I would definitely use them again in the future.

One of our A/C units broke down, unfortunately it was the one for our master bedroom. Alpha air was prompt and fixed the problem quickly. The tech did argue with me over how my zoned system worked and claimed one of the areas was blowing cold air when it wasn't, but once he dug into the issue, he fixed both issues quickly and got both areas blowing cold air again. This is the second time I've had Alpha Air work on my system, the first was on the HVAC blower. I'd work with them again.

Artur and his crew are awesome! I live out of state and had a new Trane outside and inside unit installed recently. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable but they are very good at explaining everything so that you can understand it. Their pricing was the best out of three bids. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Been going to Alpha for several years now to repair my old units. One finally took a dump completely, so I went to Alpha for the job. I probably could have found it cheaper elsewhere, but cheaper doesn't always equate good customer service. And I knew using them in the past they were responsive and quick with my repairs.

Quite possible the best organization that I have worked with. Terri on the phones is excellent in keeping one informed, automated messages, invoicing etc. The crew is quick, professional and patient, very rare qualities in today's environment. My AC broke on a Tuesday, they attended to my call for help within hours, gave me my options and a portable air conditioner to keep me cool, installed a brand new 5 ton Trane AC on Friday, they had to request help from a crane company that picked up the new AC and placed it in the requisite spot, no dolly for these guys, they did not want to scratch the new machine.

This company has saved me and my family twice now. The first time I had come home from work to find the heat was not functioning. Its 7 pm and I'm about to put my kids to bed and it's cold in the house and about to get colder soon. I called Alpha Air because I saw that another review said they came in the evening and responded quickly. They were in my attic within the hour and had the issue resolved by 9:30.

They showed me the removed part and the receipt includes pictures of the work done (it's an emailed receipt). The second time they saved me was today when my husband botched a thermostat upgrade and we called another company that my father in law reccomend (I wasn't home to weigh in on the subject). Well they came and said we had blown a transformer and then said we blew a board as well.

Then they tell us the part needed won't be in until Monday. Then the guy left with now estimate on how much this new board was going to be. I called Alpha in hopes that they would have the part we needed since I didn't want to bake inside my home until Monday. Wouldn't you know we didn't need a new board and didn't have a blown transformer. He said the guy most likely just replaced a fuse and then turned everything off. Wow.

The other company was either trying to screw us over or had no clue what they were doing but I'm leaning towards trying to screw us over. Alpha didn't even charge us for coming out to look at our system. I will never call another company ever again. Timely, honest, fair pricing, and clean work. So rare to find such a great business in today's world.

I purchased Trane AC and furnace units for our home from Alpha Air and could not be a more satisfied customer. I obtained 3 quotes from different companies and Alpha Air was the best quote and value. Artur and his team are extremely professional and responsive to questions, even after the installation. The installation was done in one day, and the installation team covered all of our floors and did not scratch any of the floors, walls, or doors. I am very satisfied with Alpha Air and highly recommend this company for air conditioning and heating.

I should have posted this 2 years ago. My AC stopped working. My landlord sent over these guys from a home warranty company, that review is listed in my profile. But that company was brutal. They came over 4 times and never repaired anything, they just kept racking up charges. It was too hot to wait any longer. So, I called Art at Alpha Air and he had my AC working in about 30 minutes.

That other company wasn't even trying. Art's rates were really fair as well. He provided excellent service. My AC is still working, but I will be calling Art for a tuneup when it gets hot again. Thanks Art!

Our furnace quit working and we woke up to a 58 degree house. I thought the internet could help but I ended up destroying a perfectly good part. Luckily we have space heaters so I turned them on & went to Yelp for an hvac company. Alpha Air came up a top rated company. I sent a message through yelp and they responded within 15 minutes to set up an appointment. Artur came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with our heater. Artur took pictures of the problems and took time to answer any questions I had.

After agreeing to the quote he had the job done within an hour. We thought we would get the regular Vegas quote which is replace everything with new equipment but he explained what we needed now and what looks like it might need replacement soon. I had him replace everything he recommended and it was very affordable. I highly recommend using Alpha Air!

I don't think I can add much more that hasn't already been said here. I bought a new home and wanted to get the furnace looked at so I requested a quote here on Yelp. I had a response almost immediately and the tech was here within a few hours. The unit was cleaned out and some recommendations made and it became clear from the beginning they really care about their customers.

Artur and Alpha Air were lifesavers! My air conditioner was broken and the first company I called came out and told me that I would need to buy a new air conditioner for $15,000. I called Alpha Air for a second opinion and Artur was able to fix the problem for less than a $1,000 (the HVAC just needed a new motor and I needed a new thermostat). Without getting long-winded, Art from Alpha Air took my call, gave me a window of response, texted me when he was about 10 minutes out, quickly diagnosed what was ailing my A/C unit, checked my refrigerant level, and gave some pointers on minor servicing of my unit.
