The kindness of the people who work for Clean Air Pro is amazing. I called the company, mistakenly believing it did AC repair. Tammy went to the trouble of asking the boss, Ben, for recommendations and texted one to me within minutes. I have a disabled child whose seizures intensify with heat, so you can imagine how much I appreciate the gesture.

We just moved into a new home and while everything appeared spotless we just wanted to take precautions and have our air ducts cleaned as my husband does have severe allergies. Lo and behold they found mold and bacteria growth. They recommended installing a UV light to prevent future growth would highly recommend them!

Ben was really great. He gave us a no strings attached evaluation on our house and was friendly & professional. He came in wearing booties and mask which we really appreciated and opened up the phlenum to see if there was anything lurking causing a strange smell. The cleaning crew came and did a good job at cleaning the ducts, which was the ultimate goal. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty. The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding. I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

They barely got out the stains on my performance cushions but unbelievably they were NOT VACCINATED! Absurd.

Clean Air Houston Pro just finished servicing our house today. The 5-star rating from all the customers is well deserved. If you have any apprehension or concerns, this company is where you want to receive service because they will alleviate your concerns. They made the process easy and straightforward. The service from beginning to end exceeded our expectations.

The customer service representative who took the order thoroughly answered all of our questions. The most powerful part of this process was them explaining Basic, Deep Clean, and Bacteria Clean options per vent, so we knew in advance the approximate amount for the entire service. The estimates were spot on. The second most impactful item was the fact that they did not charge a consultation fee.

This particular industry has a tendency to come off slimy or overinflated, so the transparent and professional service was a refreshing welcome. As a customer, you really hope good customer service is the standard, but here in Texas it is rare. Hence, we welcomed it. Next, the air duct cleaning service was done in a professional and efficient manner.

Our property was previously owned by someone else and the vents were never cleaned. Several years of dirty vents, yuck! Hence, there was a lot to clean. We also had several filters attached to the HVAC that required changing and quickly purchased the filters while they were cleaning the vents. They even gave us insight into the different types of filters, so we could maximize our airflow and save some money with the various filters. Last, but certainly not least, the representatives were professional, courteous, friendly, and worked diligently. They cleaned the heck out of our vents. The overall experience touched on a great price point and great service. We definitely plan to use them in the future.

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500! Really great company.

The cost ramped up very quickly upon arrival but the staff was pleasant and considerate. We seem to notice cleaner air in house after they finished.

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!

The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

I should have called these guys from the beginning. Tried to clean my own dryer duct with one of those Amazon brush tools. I lost the first brush head inside the duct and bought another set hoping to push or pull the first stick brush head out. Ended up breaking the line and lost the SECOND brush head, now with a 20' section of lube inside the duct.

My duct is about 30' long with a one 45 or 90 degree bend. Called these guys out and they were able to get my stuck brush heads out and cleared the duct. Should have gotten them in the first place! Great service and attitude.

So happy we hired Clean Air Houston to clean our vents and air ducts. They are prompt and professional. When we moved into our new house I developed an allergy due to the previous owner's indoor dogs and the remaining new construction dust lingering in the pipes. Everything is clean now and I have the photos to prove it! Before = dust & dog hair; After = shiny clean. Thank you & highly recommend!

Clean Air Houston Pro did a great job with our A/C, ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Ben was prompt, responsive and worked to give us a quote which was competitive. Once we gave them the green light, they were able to accommodate us in their schedule within 4 days (during the Holiday season!). On the day of the service, their team was punctual and Ben kept us informed of their ETA before arrival.

They started on time, and did a thorough job. We were provided with before and after pictures, and they kept us posted on their progress throughout the day. They were also able to reach a hard-to-access vent on a two story high ceiling. Ben, Herman and Diego were professional, courteous and careful not to damage any delicate household items while moving through out our house. I'd highly recommend them!

Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well. I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.

I had a good experience with Clean Air Houston Pro. Tammy was awesome. I like that she gives straightforward information and over-the-phone quotes that are reasonable and consistent. Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done well. My HVAC ducts and vents were in bad shape. My home was build in 2006. I've owned it since 2013 and have never had this cleaning professionally done.

From the looks of things, neither did the previous owner. Houston is the most humid place I have ever lived, but still there is no excuse. My only areas for growth that I would recommend is to 1) suggest that the technicians lay down a protective cover for any furniture that is directly beneath a vent. Coming home to dirt and mold particles on 2/3 beds was not fun, but an easy enough fix with a linen change and vacuuming. 2) I was a little irked that the tech immediately tried to up-sale to new vent covers for a few of the dirtiest ones before even attempting to clean them.

I could understand if he tried and was having trouble, but it turns out they were able to be cleaned quite well. They look good as new. Also, the offer to install new vents did not reduce the cleaning estimate at all, which it should if they would have been able to just chuck the dirtiest ones and save time on soaking and scrubbing them. These were minor gripes, though. Overall, I found the service to be solid and would recommend them to others.

They explained everything to me and informed me of recommended times to change my air filters and when I should need services again. I would recommend clean air to anyone who needs a duct cleaning. They showed up right on time and finished the job in a timely and professional manner. It wasnt the cheapest option, but I am very happy with the results and will be using them again.

I received an estimate from Ben and Tammy last year, in 2018. After speaking with a couple other companies, we finally went ahead and booked with Clean Air Houston Pro. They truly do live up to their awesome reviews! Tammy is EXCELLENT at communicating everything from their pricing to scheduling. She also provided me with all the information I would need for when the technicians came out to do the cleaning.

Our vents had over 20 years of dust, dirt and mold accumulated in them and my children's allergies and asthma were suffering. Ben and his technician did an AMAZING job! First off, they called me when they were 25 mins out and showed up right on time. Also they charged EXACTLY what I was quoted - a YEAR ago! Price didn't change despite being a full year later.

I realized that I have not had my ducts cleaned since I owned my home for 10 years. So I called around and got at least 5 free estimates from companies I found on yelp that had good reviews. I had some 'growth' inside my hvac & my ducts were dirty. I had estimates ranging from about $700 to $2500. All with the disclaimer of 'initial quote and possibly price increase if another problem found.' So when I came across Clean Air, I saw that their price does not change.

It is a standard fixed price. I messaged them and explained that I had some 'growth' and if the price would change. Tammy was very quick in her response to me & explained everything to me in detail. We messaged back and forth and after all my free estimates, I decided to go with them. I didn't even have them come to my house like the other companies.

Which I was a little hesitant. But I am glad I choose this company. They are affordable. Ben & Luis came out and they were very professional and polite. They knew exactly what to do. They even patched up a duct for me that one of the other companies forgot to seal back up. They even came back a few days later to install a light fixture that was accidentally broken while putting back one of my vents.

I greatly appreciate that and it shows how professional and courteous this company is. The price was exactly what I was quoted. The price did not change and it comes with a warranty and no questions asked if I need them back out. The house smelled so clean, light and fresh once they were done. I highly recommended this company if you need your hvac cleaned & ducts cleaned.

Ben and his partner did a great job on our vents which were moldy due to some humidity issues. They cleaned my ducting, box, and vents thoroughly , applied anti mold growth primer along all my vents, and then hit our whole system with an antimicrobial. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Great company!

Ben came with Luis to clean. They did a great job. My allergies have lessened. He helped show where to put in take filters. Overall service was on time - little expensive- but great. I am not 100% sure if they did the dryer vent which he said he would do it complimentary. Would recommend!!!

In just ONE shampoo they removed stains that I thought will never come out! I have a 13 year old carpet that has never been cleaned before and collected all kind of stains from dog stains to tea, coffee, etc...here are before and after pictures attached. Perfect timing! They came at the estimated time and texted 30 minutes before to inform me they were on their way. Plus! super friendly and professional staff.
