Was told they would be here a 730am. Called at 805am and was told I was put down for a AM appt. by the same woman (Julie) that I spoke with originally. Just take the calls, schedule and do not even care or listen to whomever your speaking with. Great! You people have messed my whole day up and I will never and actually will do what ever I can to persuade other people from using Vern Vallance. We have lives too! You did not even deserve the 1 star but had to in order to post this. Mark

Vern Vallance was recommended to us and we were more than pleased with how quickly Scott and Sarah responded. They not only pumped out our septic system (1300 gal) which was terribly high, but they unclogged the main which had a bad build up and saved us an additional service call. They went above and beyond our expectations. Scott and Sarah were very professional, polite and the service was very affordable. I recommend Vern Vallance to anyone that is looking for professional septic service.

I called Vern Vallance from the Internet and the reviews that were written. I am a Realtor and had an issue at a house ready to be listed for sale. I called the company for a second opinion on a potential issue with the septic system. Scott, from Vern Vallance called back within the hour, happened to be close to where this house is. He offered to go take a look, determined it had no issues and was able to pump out the system while there.

He was a wealth of information, easy to tell he has done this for a long time. The owner of the house avoided a massive misinformation from another company. The price to pump out was very reasonable. This is my "go to" septic company if I ever need service in the future. Honest and fair!

Vern Vallance Septic came out to pump our septic yesterday and did a wonderful job. After they were done, the grass was completely restored. The owner discussed possible issues with us and gave us information that will help with keeping our system as healthy as possible. I would definitely recommend Vern Vallance!

We had them come out and pump our septic during an emergency plumbing issue. When other gave us an appointment 4-6 weeks out, Scott adjusted his schedule and came right out; same day! We felt like Scott went above and beyond to ensure our family of 5 wasn't displaced with no running toilets/water. 10/10 recommend and will continue to use Scott and his team!

We were referred to Vern Vallance via my in-laws, who have used them for years. This was our first time having our septic pumped at our new home. Leslie was super helpful with setting up the appointment and the service went just as smoothly. Brian took the time to explain, educate, and answer any questions I had. Our septic tank pumping & leech line hydro-jetting was performed by Scott and his crew from Vern Valence Septic Service. They were awesome! Scott combined exceptional customer service with a great work ethic plus very competitive pricing. It was a pleasure to do business with a pleasant, professional and efficient company like Vern Valence Septic Service. Kudos to Scott and his team for the pumping and the squeaky clean cleaning of all 9 leech field lines.

Thank you Brian and company for your speedy service with our clogged tank and your extreme knowledge of what you all do! I made a big mistake and called AP Plumbing first, had to pay their service fee for them to flood my bathroom again, dig up a hole 2 feet away from where the tank was and do nothing to fix the problem. Brian came out incredibly fast, knew where he needed to be, got the job done and gave us tons of information on how to avoid our problem again. THANK YOU does not even cover our appreciation of today's service. Money well spent even though it was an unexpected expense.

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were very helpful with offering preventative care suggestions.

We got our septic drained by Steve at Vern Vallace and he did a great job. He stayed late in cold weather to snake our drain. Unfortunately, the tank filled back up 3 days later due to an abundance of ground water rushing into the tank. Vern Vallce sent out Scott on a Sunday afternoon to look at the issue. Scott was awesome, explained to us what was happening, gave us contact information for someone to come out, and even advised us not to get the tank drained again until we had a professional come look at the system and set up a drainage plan. He could have easily talked us into draining it again and we would have. Honest folks and a good company! Would definitely recommend!

Had our septic tank pumped by Vern Valance. Frank was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. This is the first time we had our tank pumped. Fantastic job and clean up was excellent. Vern Valance has a customer for life. Excellent work, great price, excellent customer service.
