A great company. Very professional and prompt. Competitive prices for their products. We got a new unit from them when our AC went out last year. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. We got three other estimates. Everyone seemed like they were out for blood. Arundel came out to do a job!

Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling are the best. They are professional and humanly nice. Their pricing is in line and their technicians are skilled. Unfortunately I made a mistake. I used someone else for heating and air conditioning when I moved into this house. It broke during the first week and it was fixed. Now four days later it's not working again, I'm sitting here in the heat.

My next call will be to Anne Arundel Heating and Cooling. They are simply the best. First rate. They really do care about their clients exceptions. And I may be angry at this time but, when AAHC is finished I will know I have a reliable system. Emma

Our general generator has not worked properly since we called them to check the oil! Came without parts to fix it, then charged another service charge to come back and finish fixing it. Ask them to set charging times, said they did and left, no charging times have been set, now need to call and pay another service company to do what they were paid 2 times to do!

We've had a service contract with Arundel Heating and Cooling for a long time and finally replaced our ancient furnace and AC with them last May. We appreciated that they spent very little time 'selling' and most of the time making sure we were making informed decisions. Absolutely no pressure to buy, let alone to buy the most expensive units. In fact, they told us we didn't need the most costly one (that we were ready to buy).

Their price was competitive, their people show up on time, and they leave their workspace spotless. The best recommendation is that all of the staff we've dealt with - office and technical - seem dedicated to good customer service (usually a sign of a well managed company). We'd recommend them highly.

Thanks to Walt & his tenacious team for restoring our heat. Our gas heat stopped working with temps under 30 at night & highs in low 40s during day. They went above & beyond to diagnose the problem, order parts & install. For example, a technician drove to the parts vendor truck in the evening to retrieve the last part we needed that would have been delivered the next day & then travelled immediately to our home that evening to install so we wouldn't have to spend another night without heat. We are so grateful to have heat again.

Where to start my home warranty was dragging their feet and we had no ac. I reached out and customer service connected me with a sales rep. The price given was well under competitors. They found me a unit and when I say hooray for Roy and his partner. Two days they pulled the old system and today we need blankets. They were super respectful and courteous. When I buy my next house Arundel will be called for hvac issues. Kudos

I was forced to write this review since the Electrician that serviced my home was so professional, great customer service skills, great communicator, friendly, knowledgeable and well mannered. Usually when a stranger comes into your home you are a little on edge but Tommy was so courteous and friendly that I felt as if I knew him for a lifetime. He examined the problem, knew the solution, fixed the problem and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

For the first time I did not have to clean up after a service technician what a relief. A lot of companies could take a note from this company's book on fast, good and reliable service. Do I recommend this company, Oh Yes! Even though its Arundel Cooling and Heating they also do electrical work as well. All I have left to say is thank you for doing such a wonderful job and being professional.

The installers were very professional, polite,explained everything and got our unit up and running . Great job and definitely recommend them .

Same day help was given during what I'm sure is normally a busy season. Lou, I think was his name, was diligent and fixed the problem plus some...long story. Was concerned at first about price given the season and our current situation, but Arundel Cooling & Heating was very reasonably priced in mine and my husband's opinion. Call back service, updates on when servicer was on the way, and timing was the absolute best I have ever seen with any kind of home servicing company. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Took multiple estimates and Arundel was first in every category from best price, best service and most competent sales staff. Install team did an exceptional job and new Carrier natural gas furnace and ac system runs like a champ.

They were absolutely amazing! From the salesman matt to the installers Cory, rob and mike! Best company by far!

On two different occasions have needed to call for service during heat waves with A/C out. Very prompt response. Needed to express parts on one occasion which took 2 days, and in other occasion had me running again within a few hours of call. The technicians know what they are doing and deal wiTG problems,as fast as possible. On service agreement.

Sales was able to accommodate my work schedule and set up a time to provide an estimate in the evening. The rep was quick, but thorough. Of the four quotes we received, they were the lowest by $700 for what we felt was still a quality product. Financing options are what they are, and these were manageable. They set up a convenient install date on a Saturday shortly after purchase and the techs were on time and finished early afternoon. All-in-all, we are satisfied with the service and product thus far.

I have occasion to use the services of AC&H twice in the last 6 months. I cant speak highly enough of the whole organisation. From the time you call to make the appointment they are extremely professional. Calls are returned, follow up Texts and emails accompany all communication. On each occasion the service technician has been both Knowledgeable and courteous.

On both occasions the issues were clearly explained to myself and service to repair the situation was duly carried out . I found the work done to be at a very competitive price and was extremely happy with everything. I would strongly recommend AH&C to anyone
