Stash Property Restoration

Stash is courteous, professional and the best I've seen overall! They extensively remodeled our whole first floor including our kitchen/2-baths! Working with the Stash team was one of the best experiences ever! Thank you! I will most certainly pass this company along to all my associates!

They must have sent their hack team to my neighbors for some insurance work. They installed a garbage disposal unit on the sink, didn't knock out the plug when hooking up the dishwasher drain. Neighbor thought dishwasher was broken since it wouldn't drain. Reading the instructions would have solved that. Screwed down all the floor transition pieces instead of using the correct type of transition and channels.

New kitchen cabinets are shoddy, some are crooked. Hardware is either crooked or loose. Didn't bother to clean out the ducts after working, full of drywall and debris. Installed one bifold door upside down and wondered why it kept falling off the track. Two other bifolds needed new pivots but instead they just scratched their heads and said it's ok, they may or may not fall off again.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. But I made a little side cash fixing up all your garbage work, so thanks for that I guess. I wouldn't let you near my house that's for damn sure. And the attached picture shows how you left all the switches and outlets in the basement. Great work guys.

Hand. the Construction manager met with us and explained the entire process. He was patient and very thorough. His Project Manager Chad did a phenomenal job. He listened to suggestions any concerns. I've lived in Valparaiso for 6 years now and my roof has been leaking for the last 8 months or so due to a hail storm last spring. I didn't know my insurance would cover it until stash restoration gave me a call to offer their services. They handled everything for me and I had a brand new roof within weeks, all I had to do was pay my deductible through insurance. Reliable and professional.

We had Chad Campbell as our contractor, and he was great to work with. He made sure we were informed every step of the way, and that we were happy with everything. Outstanding overall experience with Stash. They talked us through every step of re-roofing our house via a home owners insurance claim after hail damage. Luis was very professional and was able to get the roof done in a very quick time frame. The crew that did the roof came out on time and got the roof done quickly. They cleaned up and left everything looking spotless. I would highly recommend them.
