We had a broken gutter that needed to be replaced after the recent storms. I asked around if anyone had recommendations for a roofing contractor in Pleasure Ridge Park and I was recommended Abrams Roofing. We had an excellent experience with all the people we worked with. They were clear and upfront about everything they needed to do and cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I will definitely work with them in the future.

Perfection in every way! First contact was with Kim (owner of company) who scheduled appointment for inspection by Earl Bishop (president). Earl was precisely on time, very polite and efficient. Within a day I got estimate via email from Lisa (in the office). Work involved removal of 2 layers of old shingles, and the crew accomplished this massive task and cleanup quickly and carefully!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness one morning recently when some shingles blew off my roof. They came out within 1 - 2 hours of me calling, to inspect, then someone else came out and repaired my issue a couple of hours after that. I recommend them for their quick response and professionalism. The office staff, any time I've dealt with them, have been very courteous and kind. I thought the charge was extremely reasonable.

I am definitely one who does my research before any project and I and my wife have been very pleased with Abrams. We had gutters put in and Josh was extremely helpful. We ended with a better product, color, and size that I had planned and also got gutter guards.and was still within my budget. Installation guys were also great. Would definitely recommend.

Abrams put a new roof on our house and did an excellent job. The problem is a recurrent leak which has caused damage to our kitchen ceiling. We have called Abrams repeatedly since last November and are told that someone will get back with us but no one has come out or responded to our requests. So while the initial work was good, Abrams has not had the courtesy to contact us and say they will come out or that they do not want our business.

I recently contracted with Abrams Roofing for a roof replacement, half round gutters on my entire home and some copper roofs installed on 2 bay windows. I have a very old home that is on the historical registry. Certain things have to be done to maintain the integrity of this home and comply with the Historical Foundation. I was quite impressed with their knowledge.

They knew exactly what to do, their men were very courteous and timely. I am very happy with the work they have done. I visited their offices a number of times and was treated with such respect by the office staff. I would recommend Abrams Roofing over any company hands down. I had Abrams Roofing put new gutters and downspouts on my house. The much older ones had never really been installed correctly and had been damaged in a hailstorm which led to them clogging even more quickly than gutters will clog normally. So I upgraded. Abrams had a competitive price, neither high nor suspiciously low but right where I expected it to be.

They were responsive and professional and provided me with several detailed estimates for various potential options for the work I wanted done. Work was scheduled in a timely manner and the two workers were efficient and careful on the job site. No debris or scraps were left on the ground and everything appears to be attached solidly and cleanly. The gutters are of a heavier aluminum than the previous ones and should be more durable to wind and hail.

I cannot give five stars at this point because in something that is a durable item like a major home repair, it cannot completely be judged until it has stood up for a few seasons at least. Cash, check or credit (Visa or MasterCard) accepted but credit cards have a 3% fee which is clearly stated on the estimate.

I had Abrams Roofing install copper roofing to my bay windows, gazebo, and copper gutters. Extremely professional and timely. I was very pleased and would recommend this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They are extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. I am very detailed and ask a lot of questions. They always took the time to answer them. I had a roof installed on my home and I could not ask for a better job. The next improvement we are doing is gutters. I will certainly have Abrams Roofing do my work. They have been in business for 50 years and that should tell you something!

I am very satisfied with my beautiful new roof and gutters. I was impressed from the moment I called for an estimate, all the way to the final inspection upon completion. The estimate was detailed so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. There was no debris in my bushes nor were there any nails in my driveway. I can’t believe how stellar the service was! High winds in our area I’m sure caused damage to many roofs. Abrams was there the next day to fix it and I came home to surprise!! My roof was fixed. Thanks so much for making what most would consider a hassle to deal with EASY!
