I bought my roof through lowes.and digital roofing was the subcontractor. now this is my story there side will vary.my name is keith i live in hartselle al.i bought the camlot 2 high end roof. so when we started this three times they cancel.quote they had emergancy.when someone finnaly came out the crew was nice very polite.i told them to be careful for our mini trees. and they were. now what i didnt know was the person who was the supervisor had a emergancy and had to leave.i was told.so they began tore off the back good start.but after that they basicly put on these shingles on like the cheap 3 tab shingles.these shingles are to be put on sideways.but they had differant story. so they put them on wrong.alsoon the front they didnt cover the woodwith the underlayment.when i told them he told me dont worry it wont leak.instead of using all the underlayment.also they tride to half ass.the job by not haveing enought nails.you think zack mabey take time off from playing with the dog to teach his employee how to do the high end roofs.also they screw up the front by trying to back stack the shingles.the lines were off they cut the shingles in half and try to shouve them in a spot. screw up the front.and then they ran out of shingles.so they had to order more not enought to fix it right!took 30 days to get it done. they sent a woman out from digital roofing. she made promiss to get gaf to look at it she lied.than she tried to postpond again.hey zack this was total waist of my time.i spent 3 of my vacation day babby sitting them.then they called lowes and said i was being racits to there employees.because i was watchin and taking pictures.i wish i could post them.i digital roofing unhappy with there knowladge of roofing.the owner uses words like honor guess this marine just got shafted by lowes and digital roofing.

We went with digital roofing because they listened to us while we explained what kind of roof we wanted. Chris was amazingly to work with! The roofing guys got it done in one day and didn't leave behind any debris. These guys are amazing! Will def use them again in the future when needed! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I live in California but most of my family lives in the North Alabama area. Earlier this month, there were some pretty bad storms that hit so I googled roofers and Digital Roofing Innovations were actually the only roofing company to answer the phone. Within 24 hours, they had inspected the roof and helped me file an insurance claim. Within 1 week, I had a new roof put on the property that I did not have to pay for. I want to thank Zach and Chris for all their hard work and answering every question I had. I can't imagine that there is a better roofing company in Alabama. A+ guys.

I like these guys. As you can see, I need a new roof. I've been through hard times in my life and really needed to catch a break. These guys (Zach and I forgot the other ones name) knew I was in bad shape with my finances and they offered to put the roof on and just let me pay per month. Zach and his entire team did a fantastic job on our roof. It's a completely different look than before! He was very knowledgeable when it came to the construction portion of the new roof, but also talked us into a much darker shingle color. It looks great! It greatly enhanced the colors of our brick around the house and we are looking forward to getting it on the market to sell. I certainly feel this is going to greatly enhance the market value of our home and we couldn't be happier. as you can see!

About two weeks ago, Huntsville had a hail storm come through. The hail wasn't huge so I didn't give it much thought. A few days later, we saw Digital Marketing Innovations replacing a roof in our neighborhood that was damaged by the storms, so I stopped to check it out. Chris offered to come by and give me a free roof inspection to see if I had damage as well.

Sure enough, I did. This was the first time dealing with a roofing company (hopefully the last) and it could not have gone better. Chris walked me through the entire process. He went over all the aspects of re-roofing my dads house, even some important ones that I had not thought about. He also went over every step of of the roofing process. I've never seen a more organized job.

These guys got there when they said they would and got busy. The next thing I know the roof is on. They had people tearing off the old material and guys putting on the new right behind them. The cleanup afterwards was great, they even had magnets that they swept over the whole area to make sure nothing was left that shouldn't have been. After they were through you couldn't even tell they had been there.

Just the way I like it. The next day a guy from Digital Roofing Innovations came by just to give the job a final inspection and make sure that everything was satisfactory and see if we had any issues or questions. Who does that kind of stuff anymore? He looked the job over, checked the clean-up, and since we didn't have any issues and no questions since they explained everything so even we could understand it, he left. I don't think we could be any more satisfied.

He didn't just tell me what he found, he explained the reasoning behind why specific items on the roof are relevant. He also explained proper care and maintenance to us so we know how to take care of our roof to get the most years out of it. He is an extremely knowledgeable and professional individual. He is also very personable and a joy to talk to.

What an awesome company and I am extremely satisfied with the new roof. No leftover nails in the yard and it only took them one day!

I wanted to wait awhile to give a review of this company in order to be able to accurately describe the quality of their work. Over a year ago, these guys did work on my roof, and I could not be any happier with the outcome! The roof is still in perfect condition, and the inspector told me this week it was one of the cleanest jobs he has ever seen.
