If you have gone swimming in a pool other than your own in the last few years, you are probably aware that salt water pools have become increasingly popular for both public and private pools as an alternate method of pool water sanitization and maintenance. Saltwater pools still rely on chlorine as the active sanitizer for the water, but the process by which the chlorine is introduced into the water is different. No more handling and storing large containers of chlorine. Instead - just add ordinary table salt! It really is that simple. The salt water is passed through a generator and chlorine is produced. You are left with sparkling clear water that has a silky feel to it. There is only a slight salt aroma if any at all. Swimming in a salt water pool is akin to taking a shower or bath in soft water, giving you less skin and eye irritation!

I got a custom shaped pool cover and a salt water system installed. I am extremely happy with the result, customer service, and price. I got everything installed in one day and its all very professional looking and has kept dirt and debris out of my pool all winter. I will definitely be a return customer. ZERO STARS! BEWARE - SCAMMER - Do Not use this Company. Owner is Tom Gomes, comes across as very trustworthy and professional. In March 2021 I signed contract and gave him over $2.5K to install a new pool liner. He made one excuse after another and now over 1 year later he hasn't retuned my calls, contacted me or returned my money. I've had to hire another contractor and an attorney. There are so many companies out there that are trustworthy and will do a good job. Not this one. it's a con. KARMA

We had a great experience with Tom and Paradise Pool Services! We contacted Tom in November of 2021 to replace our 30 year old pool liner and we received excellent service all around! Tom was very responsive, on time, honest and trustworthy from the first day. He explained all the steps thoroughly and even suggested a few things we didn't think about at first, but totally love now.
Like converting our pool to salt water and the liner suggestions he made was spot on for what we were looking for. He also worked hard to refinish our pool stairs, which now look like new! We have worked with a lot of contractors over the past years and good ones are hard to come by. You are definitely in great hands with Tom!

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware - when you search Google for pool liner replacement co in Georgia this will show up as #1. Family owned, 40 years in the business. He'll come out to your home with professional brochures and paperwork. I signed a contract for pool liner replacement and Tom Gomes, the owner took my $3,000 deposit in March 2021 and nearly 9 months later will not respond to my calls or messages.no pool liner, and I'm out my hard earned money. He's a scammer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Tom took our deposit in March, said it would be 30 days for our liner to come in. He kept pushing our job back due to rain. Built our steps and installed an automatic water filler then disappeared and never returned a text. He does not answer his phone and the mailbox is full. We have since hired another company, who has another client that he did this to. We have filed a lawsuit against him and notified the BBB! He is a crook!

We have been waiting since March for Leslie's Pool to replace our pool light. Paradise Pools/Thomas Gomes was able to obtain and install a new pool light for us in less than a week. Kept us informed of timeline, arrived on time, performed the replacement professionally, and left no trace of having been here, at half the price Leslie's had quoted for the same job.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I had my liner replaced and he left crinkles in the liner.after leaving several messages, ! I finally got a hold of him and he said he didn't know my foundation was sand and that he put in extra time already and was not going to fix it.poor service. guys a liar. don't use him

I am highly recommending Mr. Tom Gomes for your swimming pool services. He is an experienced guy and nice to work with. He had installed the pool linear and others for my swimming pool. He did an excellent and very detailed work with reasonable price. Compared with other pool service guys, Tom is the best. I really trust him and definitely will let him to do my pool services from now on.

I got a scene that Tom is the most experienced (40 years experience in the business), easy to work with and have a competitive price. From contact signing to finishing the job, Tom let me know what to expect.
I was amazed that he completed the job all by himself within 3 days. He came back after the job was done to help me get the old troubled pool pump going and ensure pool equipments run property. I hired this company, to replace the liner bed, and liner in my pool. I received excellent service, and Honest fair pricing. Better than I expected. Based on previous experiences, with many other pool contractors. The replacement liner, is better than the original. It looks great, and is high quality, with a warranty. The liner is perfectly installed.
The contractor was highly trained, very courteous, and very knowledgeable, of the pool operations. I feel comfortable to recommend this company. I definitely will be calling them, for my future pool repair needs. They did such a great job. It will be a while, before I need to call them again.

Tom Gomes was very easy and informative to work with. I had Paradise Pools replace the liner in my pool October 2018. From start to finish Tom provided good communication and the work was completed on schedule just as outlined. The new liner fits perfectly, the stability of my light was corrected and a minor plumbing issue solved as well. Completely satisfied with the work and the new liner.

I live, and my pool is at my home in Roswell, GA. I have used Paradise Pools twice in the past two years. Last year Paradise Pools did a complete pool liner replacement. The replacement liner that Paradise Pools installed is beautiful. My pool has never looked better. This year I had some Pool Filter, Valve and Pump maintenance and repair completed by Paradise Pools.
