I am thrilled with the work Contract Exteriors did replacing my vinyl siding with Hardie Plank. Everything went quickly and smoothly. David White was on time to take measurements and prepare the estimate. Before the materials arrived he, Production Manager Greg Roonan, and Project Manager Jeff Jones met with me to inspect the exterior and to make sure I understood all of the contract details.

The materials were delivered quickly after that and Jeff Jones was here every day during the construction answering any questions I had, inspecting the work done, and documenting everything with photos. Finally a big thanks to the crew who did the installation. They arrived on time every day and often stayed late. They were polite, skilled, and hardworking.

Excellent. We hired Contract Exteriors to install new stairs, porch and railings for our home. David provided a comprehensive overview of what could be done and the options. Of the other three estimates I received, David provided the most detail, answered all of my questions and was not pushy trying to convince us to hire them. Jeff did a stellar job managing the project, and Anderson and his team did a phenomenal job on all of the work. Neighbors have commented on how great it looks, and how impressed they were with the crew. We love our new stairs and porch, and give Contract Exteriors our highest recommendation!

From the first contact with David White, it was highly professional. He provided me with a detailed estimate, and a complete overview of the process. (James Hardie Siding) Gave an estimated Start and completion date and met both ahead of schedule. The project manager (owner) Randy Hamn personally supervised the project. The workers we're courteous and professional. Timely in their work and cleaned up daily.

Their work was outstanding. This is the most professional company I have dealt with. The siding makes my home look like like new! My home value has Increased. I will be using them again in the near future. I highly recommend them!

It started out good.they installed covered porch on home. I understood what I would be getting and agreed to cost. To make long story short. I didn't end up with promised product. Sales guy told me numerous times that I shouldn't have signed off on project. (When completed) in their minds. I DID question the builder several times ( during build) and main guy told me that he Only Drove The Nails.talk to project manager.

We ended up getting owner involved and thought we had everything under control BUT NO! He soon disappeared and never called back to check in. I left last message a few weeks ago for project manager. Heath to call me.there are parts of the porch just lying around. I did pick up everything and put in a box.trying to figure out where they go?. I sincerely regret the day I found them on internet! My job was small and I have been treated as if I am small.

High cost, low workmanship. 14 months with a new roof and it leaks. I tried to get them to fix their improper installation but they don't seem to care. There are many other options. I suggest you try another company for any home repairs.

Contract Exteriors is currently working on exterior renovations to my 50 unit condo community. The work started in January 2020. End date - not in site! Dangerous conditions leading to several complaints to the Mt Pleasant building compliance folks. All of the buildings have unresolved issues but we have no communication on status of our concerns. They have destroyed our grounds and left debris everywhere. Many weeks with no crew on site.

I used this company for my decking and siding 3 years ago. For the past 10 months I have tried to get them to come and do the repair work that is under contract. For 10 months I have gotten one excuse after another with zero resolution. I have called and emailed the owners who are no longer responding. I would definitely not recommend using them if you want a responsive company that backs their work.

The two installers were super. They cleaned up everything after each day of work before leaving.

Great to work with from beginning of project until the end. Extended Deck came out great!

From the office staff to the owners were 100% hands on through from start to finish on my roof replacement.

My Mom needed TOTAL replacement of her stucco due to this Pulte Home BS that caused the stucco to fail. Over $2,400 in rotten wood to be replaced. They took out some of the windows which caused drywall damage which will cost $400 to repair (they won't cover interior drywall damage). She went with vinyl siding. The initial work started smoothly.

The workers got all the old stucco off, wood replaced, windows secured and then everything stopped for 4 weeks. Nothing being done. One blaming the other for issues. The job started in June and it's still not done as of this review. People tell us they will be here and never show up. They tell us on such and such a day, we will be there to work.

Never show up. This has been the worst experience not to mention very stressful. On top of everything, they want the last payment of over $10,000 even before the job is done. Please, if you need work like this, consider another company. Don't go through what we have. It's almost criminal.

We had our siding replaced with Hardi board and painted about a month ago and we were very pleased with the whole process. The work they did and the time frame was on point. Patrick was very attentive and was available day or night if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this company for siding replacement. Thanks.

After contacting several companies and either not getting a call back or feeling like they were not very professional, we contacted Contract Exteriors. They made an appointment came out on time and gave us a good quote. They are awesome! Very happy with their quality of work and their efficiency. Couldn’t ask for a better job. So, Thank You Debbie Clement and contract exteriors for a job well done. Very happy customers!!!

After talking to several companies, I went with Contract Exterior. As we discussed the potential project CE consultants helped define its scope and offer great suggestions. The work was done in a timely manner and a fair price. The work was well done. I love the screened area and the new storm door is great. I recommend this company.

This company installed the siding on my home built in 2016. I recently had a piece of siding blow off and crack due to the wind. I contacted them back in early March to see if they would replace this one piece for me, since it was flapping off the side of my house. I was unable to get an appointment until April 17th, over a month later. Closer to the date of the appointment, they called and rescheduled two times and told me that earliest would be June that they would be able to replace this piece for me.

They may do well with big jobs but if you are a person that needs help after the fact.don't count on it. The office staff, I will say, is very friendly and professional though.

Still waiting for these bums, 3300 dollars and their workers screwed my porch up. Supervisor took pictures-as we did of screw ups. Sent total of eight different workers to do the job, said we will be back and that was a year ago- won't even take calls. All I can say is this company sucks and they have been reported to the state and BBB. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE BUMS.

Contract Exteriors came through for us after the hurricane put a huge tree in our roof. House looks better than new. Thank you

It began to leak and the crooks wouldn't take responsibility, they refused to answer my calls, then moved. Enough of them. After being in this situation, I found it difficult to find a reputable contractor to make the repairs.

I contacted Home Advisor, who referred me to Contract Exteriors. They sent a Roofing Inspector come to my home to evaluate the damages, but first, the cause. He found pounds of nails on my roof and that the crooks had skip nailed it. There was no installation kits around my skylights. No wonder I had interior leaks. Randy sent his men to the rescue.

The Roof Inspector was so appalled by what he saw, he came back with his men and they removed and replaced the roof vent and tiles. He ordered installation kits for the skylights and installed them. He checked the exterior and attic, as well as the interior, to make sure there would be no leaks. Randy sent John, the manager in charge of the interior repairs. John called and told me he wanted to wait a few weeks to see if there are any leaks.

We had a rain deluge and John came over to inspect if there were any further damage. He had his men come to my home, and make the repairs. All in all the whole project was done in less than 4 weeks. In that time, I had the opportunity to speak to the office manager, who was so kind and helpful. I wanted to thank this office in person for all they had done for me.

They felt bad that I was left in this situation and were right there for me. I spoke to Randy himself, and told him that I would be pursuing litigation against the crooks. I felt like Randy was my big brother, with his protective arm around me. He told me not to worry about them, and provided me with paperwork I needed to pursue my case. I was a nervous wreck when my husband insisted on a porch remodel but the staff at contract exteriors put my mind to immediate ease. From start to finish the project was handled quickly, professionally, there was no hassel and they did a fantastic job of keeping the inevitable construction mess to the very minimum. Now we have a backyard porch paradise that we are absolutely in love with! Thanks to the friendly and experienced team at CE!

Our roof was leaking badly and I called Contract Exteriors to see what availability they had to come over and give us an estimate. They came the next day and give us an awesome price! They realized how bad the situation was and made time in their schedule to make us a priority! Everyone I met with was professional and knowledgeable. I had my house re-sided with Hardie siding. The crew did a beautiful job. They worked hard and were very meticulous. I highly recommend this company.

Project crew and manager arrived around 7:30am. Since this was done in June, they were able to work until 7pm. They completely cleaned the area before leaving for the day. The project manager come several times a day to check progress and quality of work. He also addressed any questions we had. I would highly recommend Contract Exteriors, LLC. I was looking to only have my back porch screened in when I heard about Contract Exteriors. I had them come out to measure and give me a price on the job. After talking to them I decided that I wanted them to do the custom window and door vinyl track system for a year long use of the porch. What a difference the track system made. We love it and spend a lot of time on our porch now.

They were able to install this in a day and a half. It actually made the porch look so much bigger after enclosing it. They were fast, reliable and a great company to work with. I would recommend them to all my friends.
