Donny spent almost 50 minutes examining our basement floor and exterior walls. He was extremely professional and honest. After all the time he spent with us he recommended that we contact a carpenter. I know the name basement doctor seems cheesy but we really feel like he gave our basement an annual physician. He was very detail oriented and meticulous and extremely knowledge. If anyone of my friends or family says they need basement work. Donny is the guy I would recommend they contact.

Very professional and very courteous. I was amazed at how they could raise the many patio slabs that had sunk up to 3 and a half inches without cracking. They stabilized the areas around my pool deck and leveled the pad that holds the 500 pound sand filter. Cleaned the job and filled the holes to where you have to look close to find them. Highly recommend.

Basement Doctor of Cinci fixed 2 cracks that leaked water in my basement, Jose D. did a great job, didn't mind one bit that I wanted to watch and explained everything he was doing, why he was doing it and how it all fit into the system. These are high level contractors, think "This Old House" kind of guys.Terry our salesmen explained everything to my wife and I, suggested the proper fix without trying to sell us everything under the sun. He even took time to answer some questions we had about how to not have this problem in our new house we are starting to build.

They did work in my basement a few years ago and did an excellent job. Our flooding is no longer a problem and our basement is dry. They gave us a good price and I would recommended them to others. If you do hire them, I recommend you make sure to tell them where to leave the left over concrete as they left it in a bad spot in our yard. Other than that, they were professional and nice to work with.

Basement Doctor of Cincinnati installed 7 helical piers to keep the back of my house of slipping. They completed the job in two days, and aside from the small piles of fresh dirt, you would have no idea they were even there. Crew was professional and very friendly; they made sure we knew what they were doing and even had us come out and check their work a few different times.
Their system was able to raise our foundation walls back into place and most of the large cracks (1/2") are completely sealed back up! The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend The Basement Doctor to anyone needing foundation repair.
