Good garage service. I have found an excellent service provider for my garage and it is that this company trains their staff very well. the job they have done for me has been immaculate and they have done some pretty incredible things for me in some pretty outrageous times. I called to Queen City Garage in Charlotte and needed a spring to be replaced. I called in and was promptly called back by the technician Mickey. She was able to set me up an appointment to come right out and fix my problem. That afternoon they came, her and her husband David to fix my springs. The pricing was phenomenal no one else could beat it. They fixed my spring as well as realigned my door. I will forever use this company. And Mickey is so funny as well.

It's not possible for me to be more complimentary of the services they provided to me and my home. I called a competitor of theirs initially, during normal business hours, and had to leave a message (no live person answering). After waiting multiple business days for a return call, I finally gave up. I searched on Yelp and the Yellowpages and randomly came across this organization.

Within a few minutes, a technician called me to clarify and then coordinated a time where he could come out and address the garage door issues. David was great. He didn't give me a window of time, meaning he didn't say "I can be there tomorrow some time between 8am and 4pm" like other companies do.
He worked with me to find a specific time on the SAME DAY that would work for my schedule. He showed up on time for the service, repaired what I needed repaired, educated me on proper garage door utilization and maintenance, and most importantly, was a professional the entire time, and provided an overall great service. His rate was extremely reasonable for that kind of service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
