STAY AWAY AND SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY I had a six stop Savaria Infinity Elevator installed in my Brooklyn brownstone. First, the installation crew showed up without the required safety certifications. My contractor, whose name was on the job permit, had to confront the company and demand that their workers be properly trained and certified. Even after proper training was completed, my foreman said the workers pulled several dicey stunts- he said they worked like "cowboys." Definitely not the modus opperandi you want from the installers of your home elevator.
After that the administrators and workers at the company butted heads with my crew constantly. Once the elevator was installed, it sat locked for months before the proper inspections could be performed-due to COVID delays. Come to find out whatever window for coverage I had on the elevator lapsed during that time. The company won't come to even look at things they did wrong.
For example, they gave me the wrong set of keys to interior lock. No response. They charge through the nose just to show up and leave you with ZERO training on how to troubleshoot problems. You may have a wonderful sales rep, but you will never see this person again once you've forked over the deposit. Mobility is an absolute nightmare.

AVOID THIS PLACE. This place is a circus of a company, whoever is running this show needs to step it up or find a new place to go to. I was going to be charged a total of over 9,000 for door locks until 1 of the workers suggested I pay him a cheaper cost for the same job. What did i do? I found a new company to work with! Found out this place has - Multiple lawsuits - Well Known liars - Their mechanics dont seem happy/ as per 2 of their employees the company owes them money on State jobs. Bad company structure and discipline will affects its customers. Avoid all of this wreck!

Im filing a civil law suit against this company. I gave them $3450 as a deposit and was told my vertical lift wheelchair would be ordered. Weeks later I check in to see if it was ordered and permits submitted. Instead I get an invoice for another $3450 to order the materials and they say that before proceeding I need to pay invoice. I asked if they ordered materials.
They said they didnt so I asked to cancel. They said if you want to cancel we need you to pay the other 25% deposit of $3450. These guys are a scam and its a shame they are preying on the vulnerable folks needing wheelchairs as you can see on the reviews. I will also be filing a complaint with consumer fraud protection and the better business bureau.

Sometimes in the life of a business it takes just one employee to make the difference between success and failure. At Mobility elevator if you by chance fall into the hands of Shah Baksh you will not recognize this company that is fast becoming the most popular for bad very bad customer service. If you have read the reviews you'll have to agree with me.
Well I had the worst and the best experience at the same time, first I was very displeased by my encounter with the representative that takes calls for service, but when I by chance got a call from Shah Baksh I was certainly not expecting what happened next. After 52 years in the service of customers, serving countless customers across every sector of society I know a few things about the value of a satisfied customer.
Take it from me if you are having a problem or had a problem with mobility elevator call and ask to speak with Shah, this man will listen to your concern and if it lies within his power he will resolve your issue. I had the opportunity and I am very happy with the results.

We have a stair lift for my 92 year old Dad who relies on the stair lift to get around his home. So when the chair lift stopped working I contacted Mobility Elevator & Lift Co. in a panic to come out and evaluate the problem. Not only did Mobility & Elevator & Lift come out immediately, they were able to fix the disabled chair lift in a quick efficient manner and it was back in use for my Dad. Thanks Mobility for being so efficient and professional! If you ever need assistance I would highly recommended this company.
