I just had my one year service / inspection appointment with the Basement doctor for the encapsulation and waterproofing they installed a little over a year ago in my crawlspace. The service techs Michael and Devon were thorough and professional. They explained all of the aspects of the inspection to me and took extra time to answer my questions. The extra effort Michael took toady renewed my faith in the basement doctor after a few hiccups during the installation process.
