Portland Plumbing Plus

Thank goodness for Portland Plumbing Plus for saving our business on a busy day. We called this company due to an emergency gas leak and was able to get an appointment despite the last minute call. They were all polite and professional from the person that answered the phone to the workers that did the repair. They came out promptly, found the leak and had it repaired quickly.

Then they called the gas company (which they didn't have to do) and got our gas turned back on. All of these at very reasonable price. And they didn't charge us extra for emergency while everyone else wanted special high rates for our emergency. Thank you Portland Plumbing Plus!

What a loser I just called for a estimate and all can say its by the hour time starts as soon as he walks through the door and that's it I said that was fine but I'd like a ballpark price and he hung up on me and had attitude the entire conversation how is this idiot in business!

Had to shut our water off because of leaking. They showed up and quickly found the issue. Could of charged us lots but was honest about our simple issues, solved them and was on their way. Will call them again if we have other issues.

The establishment had a few large neon signs that said OPEN, it was not open during business hours at 3:30 pm on Sat, 14 July. Zero public parking, the place is a bust!

So.who conducts business when they receive a complaint from a customer only through text messages? A horrible business owner that's who! Harassing potential customers through mutiple text instead of calling to settle a dispute is highly unprofessional. Portland Plumbling Plus has a horrible owner who cannot even pick up a phone to settle a dispute.

Bob and his wife dont pay people that work for them the amount of hours that they worked for them, when i worked for bob he would say disrespectful things about his customers, called one nasty and a seal and etc,

We highly recommend Portland Plumbing Plus for their thorough and professional work. All of the storm drains were plugged on our recently purchased 1980's era home. Bob augured out a large amount of tree roots from the underground line. He and Ama sent a video camera through the line to identify where any line breaks were. They verified the exact location with a metal detector tuned to the video camera's frequency.

A temporary fix to the line was completed just before our 4+ rainstorm arrived, and a permanent fix was identified. They gave us the video camera results on a memory stick for future reference. Keeping water away from the foundation will go a long way to mitigate our water in the crawl space problem. Thanks Bob and Ama.

We worked with Portland Plumbing Plus during a recent remodel project and I can't tell you how impressed I am with these guys. Their expertise and attitude to work are spectacular. The plumbing part of our renovation went smoothly from start to finish thanks to the knowledgeable plumbers from this company. I wholeheartedly recommend Portland Plumbing Plus

Timely and accurate response by all. Thanks for the ideas and helping me narrow down the source of the fault. I do have Copper lines and will follow the recommended leads. It was nice to find a resource that will take time to do the Q&A at no charge. I almost resorted to a site that was going to charge me $30 for the same answers. Thanks to all involved in keeping this resource open to all.

We had an emergency on a Saturday. The first person we called suggested we get a hotel room since it was the weekend and we'd pay through the nose to get someone out on the weekend. We called Bob. He was there in an hour and out within 90 minutes. We didn't pay much at all. He definitely salvaged our weekend.

Bob is fantastic!! I needed a new garbage disposal installed. Bob came out the same day I called and had it installed in less than an hour. Cleaned up the area and gave me some good pointers. Very personable. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend him highly to any one needing plumbing services.
