We were extremely happy with Bio-tech. They were very customer focused and clearly demonstrated that their primary interest was our complete satisfaction. They were patient and attentive to our plans. They worked very hard to get to know us as people and were interested in our likes and dislikes. They arrived consistently when they said they would.
They worked hard while they were here. They kept the work moving and also were flexible enough to change on the fly. We could not be happier with our new bathrooms. Their prices were fair and their workmanship was very high in quality and results. They get 5+ stars from us!

Darren and his crew are true professionals. The remodel was done accurately and expeditiously. No delays, no "I'll be back in a few days to finish up". Darren is a refreshing rarity in the remodel industry. He is a gentleman and he runs a gentlemanly crew -- no arguments, no foul language, no 2 hour lunch breaks.
Our job was a very tricky one and Darren knew what just needed to be done. And God bless him, he was always willing to take suggestions from this hard-to-please homewner! Darren and his crew would show up in the morning and put in a full day's work with no delays. He said the job would take 2 weeks and that is exactly what it took AND he started it immediately -- no "Well, I can start in 2 months." Our new bathroom is beautiful and we are so pleased with his work.
