You will not find a better company to build your pool than The Pool and Spa Connection. Many companies brag about how many pools they have built but you want quality not a cookie cutter pool builder. I know many people who had someone else build their pool and they all complain about the lack of quality that they did not expect when their pool was finished.

I would give Catherine and her crew more than 5 stars if I could. They worked with us all the way and answered all of our questions. They did not even laugh at some of the stupid questions I came up with. They also finished before we thought they would. Their price was competitive and you could not find a more friendly group of people to work with.

If you are like me you do not know everything that goes into building a pool so you need someone you can trust. I chose them because I had a feeling in my gut that they would do a good job and they did. f you chose some else don't blame me as I have warned you.

Catherine and her team are absolutely wonderful! She walked me through the whole process and communicated with me throughout the build of our pool. I am 100% happy with my in ground pool! Thanks again Catherine!

I can't say enough good things about Catherine and her team. Our pool was completed and ready to use within 60 days of the start date. That is phenomenal on many levels but in the middle of Covid I must say I was shocked at how smooth and fast the process was. Each subcontractor was professional, did a good job and was always concerned with cleaning up after their part of the process.

I decided to utilize the biweekly maintenance service they offer and that has been well worth the money spent. Jonathan is knowledge, professional and patient with me as I observe and ask him questions about my pool. Many thanks to Pool & Spa connection for an awesome job.

Working with Catherine and her team at the Pool and Spa Connection was one of the best experiences my wife and I had the privilege of enjoying. Our pool project was met with several challenges at the onset due to a dual septic system location and yard drainage issues. Catherine and her project supervisor, Javier, helped us design a layout to address each challenge which includes a beautiful retaining wall, matching equipment wall, paver path, floor drains, recessed spa and outdoor shower.

The honesty, integrity and professionalism displayed throughout the entire project is extremely difficult to find these days. We highly recommend the Pool and Spa Connection!

Cathy Montgomery, with the Pool and Spa Connection was an absolute professional when I recently worked with her regarding my pentair pool heater repair. I had been working for 8 months through my warranty company to get the pool heater that they replaced to actually work. Seven months and two different contractors later and no resolution, the Pool and Spa Connection was assigned to my claim. Cathy took over the handling of my claim and was able to secure her Pentair representative to come from out of state to try and figure out why the brand new pool heater was not working.

The rep showed up and figured it out in minutes. I would still be waiting on a working pool heater if not for Cathy and the Pool and Spa Connection team. They will definitely be getting all of my pool business in the near future. Built a beautiful pool for us. Did a great job while being on time and with excellent communication. We are very happy with our new pool.

We trust them with all of our pool needs. We come into the store to test the water every month and they are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even though, I can move bags of salt myself, Mary always helps me to my truck with them. We also recently had to replace the liner on our pool and everyone did an amazing job. It looks great! Thanks to Javier, David and Jonathan who all came out to the job site and always helpful Mary and Cathy in the office.

I bought a house in November with a pool. I have never had a pool before but was told Pool and Spa Connection, in Spartanburg on Asheville Hwy, had installed the pool and had serviced it with the previous owners. I went there and they were very helpful. I signed up for an orientation for someone to come out and show me how everything works and how to take care of it.

They helped me with purchasing the righ vaccuum for my pool and they even provided a demo for me to try before purchase. I go in several times a month to have them check my water and get advise on treating the pool. Melissa and Ben have been great with any issues I have had. Recently, I had a leak and we did not know where it was leaking but I was losing a large amount of water, they called a leak detection company to come out to locate it but in the meantime they came out to help switch the pump to pull from the bottom drain instead of the skimmer so I could still run it and not burn up my pump.

After the leak was detected Robert came out to fix it and he was great. All in all, there whole staff has been wonderful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
