Truly had a wonderful experience working with Superior Services. The service technicians were thoughtful and caring. They truly worked hard to make sure our AC ducts were clean and our AC was operating properly. Highly recommend! They were on time and came after business hours the next day I called. The service was very good. The only thing is the fix rate to come over after business hours is rather expensive but sometimes beggars can't be choosers and I'm glad someone is willing to come after hours here at the Lake when every company is booked up for days. Overall very satisfied. This is the second time I used their services and they have been very competent so far.

When our A/C crapped out and I was finally able to get a call in, work got in the way, Superior had my A/C up and running within three hours and I also had a quarter to replace my ancient HVAC system in the same time frame. I was impressed by the prompt and professional service and though we are enjoying cool air from the system they got up and running we will be replacing said system in the next week or so.

Reading reviews for a business is an important factor in choosing who to use and I HIGHLY recommend Superior! From beginning to end this was a great experience. Starting with prompt responses, same day service, timely arrival, thoroughness, knowledgeable, and personable. Brandon was a joy and provided peace of mind in having resolved our issue. Really appreciate Layne and Anita. They took time to thoroughly explain the process of diagnosis and repair. We had Superior Services come out and clean our ducts and air vents to help with mine and my daughters allergies. David R and Josh V did an outstanding job. They were on time, professional and had extreme attention detail. When they were all done they went over the work and what they found for us - was amazing how much they were able to clean out of the vents that our home builder left behind after constructing our home. Would highly recommend them both again!

This place is very deceptive! Called for an AC repair in June. They qoute me $148 to come repair. The system was fixed and the technician told me he would also clear my AC drain. I told him to clear not realizing that this was going to cost and extra $148. Had he disclosed this I would have declined. Then for whatever reason they waited 4 months to bill me.

By then I forgot who this charge was for and disputed with my bank. I then get a bill in the mail from superior services for the amount due for $297. Since I remembered who the charge was from I called to pay over the phone. The lady says it will be $297 and takes my card info. I checked my account later on and discovered a charge for $312 on my account.

I call back to complain and they then say it was $297 plus a $15 late fee. I asked to speak to a manger and she took my info and said someone would call back. Haven't heard from anyone. Not only did they not disclose the late charge to me over the phone but why would you charge me a late fee when you were 4 months late in charging me. Very dishonest and deceitful company. If you have an AC issue I would advise you to look elsewhere

A huge THANK YOU to Derek, David & Joshua for their thorough work in cleaning our ducts, properly sealing our vents after painting them, installing new 4 HEPA filters, and spraying mold inhibitor. After having mold remediation completed, this helps us breathe easier (literally and figuratively) knowing our home environment is now healthy. We appreciate you loving on our dogs, too!

Superior replaced our heat pump and duct work. Friendly and capable team. They provided an estimate one day then came the next two days to do the work. Very professional with exceptional quality. I'm a new customer of Superior Services. I had the pleasure of having Superior Services Tech, Chris Ball, out today to perform my first 6 month service call. Chris was knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and patient while answering all my questions. Chris called to tell me when he would be arriving and his arrival time was within the 2 hour time slot of my scheduled appointment.

As this was my first time having the units serviced, I felt Chris went above and beyond to ensure that he had answered all my questions. My service call today exceeded my expectations.

Superior services replaced my 80 gallon water heater within 24 hours of us making the call. My husband and I had planned on getting other quotes but after meeting Aaron and seeing how knowledgeable and accommodating he was we decided we didn't need other quotes. He had us a quote built on site and was able to get us an appointment the next day. Shawn and Michael came out to perform the work and were both very professional. Aaron arrived as well to assist and make sure we were satisfied with the work being performed.

We enjoyed watching Aaron coach the young man performing the installation of the water heater. A situation that is typically a very stressful time was turned into an enjoyable experience by Superior Services. Thank you!

Jason and Brandon installed our new AC system and were pros all the way, enduring 110+ degree heat to get the job done. They were super patient, and completely friendly throughout. I was really impressed with the teamwork at this company, as well. Kudos to Melissa and Patrick and Garrett for all their professionalism and everything they did to help us get this project done. I highly recommend this company, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
