Excellent response and recommendations didn't let me down. Michael, Todd, John, and David very professional and totally followed through with their efforts to repair T-11 water damage with horizontal Hardieboard and trim including a new chimney surround. They provided me with quality repairs and I'm delighted with final appearance of my home.

I reached out to Michael to construct a fence on a home I just purchased. I really wanted a space for my dogs to be able to run free and enjoy the outdoors. Michael and his team listened to what I needed and installed the fence in a day. They showed up when they said they were going to and cleaned up behind themselves. The fence looks outstanding and my wife and I could not be happier with the quality of work. I highly recommend this company to anyone for their home needs. I will be using them again!

Atlantic Total Solutions is awesome! Michael was extremely responsive and helped us complete a structural repair from water damage in order to close our house sale. They did an excellent job, explained the whole process, and completed a complex construction project ahead of schedule. I'm looking forward to working with Atlantic Total Solutions again!

Dealt with Michael to have multiple items fixed along with a gorgeous new deck built with concrete pad and sidewalk. (see Pic) Just finished everything up yesterday. Quick rundown of what they did - repaired ceiling in master bedroom where we had a hole in our roof, replaced a bathroom door and trim, replaced wood at bottom of the side door that was rotted, pressure washed our trailer and of course the concrete pad and sidewalk with the HUGE 12'x14' deck. Guys did an absolutely wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to get the bedroom fixed first so we could get all our stuff back in as it was driving us nuts since we had pulled it out per another contractor that ditched us. And Michael got right on it had a guy out here within a week. Awesome! (have to be patient not always available and some of these guys are booked months in advance to do work). Anyways, I cannot recommend Atlantic Total Solutions and Michael enough.

He kept me informed and touched base with me, if he saw anything that needed to be addressed he took care of it immediately. Thanks Michael and everyone you had working on our issues. You are greatly appreciated and will be the first person I call when I need additional work done!

I hired Micheal and his team to demo a fireplace and level a floor in my grandfather's house. He and his team were professional, knowledgeable and prompt. His estimate of cost for materials and labor was right on budget. I will most definitely be using Micheal and his team for future projects. 10/10 for all around experience. I hired Atlantic Total Solutions to remodel my guest bathroom. They removed, tile and vanity. Did all prep work. Painted, lay floating floor, installed new tile, installed vanity. They show up early and work hard all day. They are a family owned business. They are super polite. I had one issue with a leak and emailed them. They came out the same day and fixed it.

We are very happy with their work and will be using then to remodel my master bath. Oh and by the way, they are licensed. Their prices weren't the cheapest, but are well worth the money for the investment in my home.

Excellent company! Out of the three contractors I called, they were the only one to call me back. I had a very small job of replacing a few sheets of siding and they treated it with the same priority I'd expect for a large job. Their pricing was fair and they would be my first call for any future siding repair/replacement.

I have been using Atlantic Total Solutions for most of my home repairs large and small for about eight years. To date, they have repaired two kitchen cabinets, a disgustingly molded kitchen drywall, and termite damage in our garage. They replaced our back fence and also installed a full yard irrigation system as well as a new dishwasher. After we called several kitchen contractors when my husband set a hot pot lid down on our laminate counter and burned a nice circle in it, all the kitchen places said it couldn't be fixed, we'd have to replace the counter top. Atlantic Total Solutions looked at it and said, "sure, we'll just pour another layer of laminate over it and you're good to go." They installed a gutter after we spent years having the house get flooded every time it rained heavy and other contractors said "you must have a crack in your foundation [even though we can't find it]; we have to re-pour the foundation to the tune of thousands." Atlantic Total Solutions fixed the gutter to drain the rainwater off to one side and we haven't been flooded since, even during the hurricanes!

These are the jobs I remember; I'm sure they have done others for us that I can't recall right now. These people are honest--they tell you what they can and can't do. They provide a written estimate and are right on the money. They show up when they say they will and stay until the job's done. They clean up after themselves and take all the trash away. I'm only sad that I discovered them AFTER years of dealing with dishonest, half-hearted companies that overcharged for substandard work.

I cannot recommend Atlantic Total Solutions highly enough for any job, large or small, involving home repair. By the way, I have no idea why Yelp thinks I live in San Francisco; I've never even been there. I have lived in Jacksonville, FL, for 30+ years.

Outstanding service company for all your home needs! Mike and crew go the extra step to make sure you get the biggest bang for your buck. They did a total renovation of our kitchen and we were so impressed brought them back for our bathroom remodel. Our friends and family all commented how professional the work is. Will not hesitate to bring them back if other services are needed.

ATS helped redo both of my showers in my house. Unfortunately my husband and I found rotted beams under the tile in both rooms due to window leaks prior to us moving into the house. ATS did a great job in replacing everything and finishing our showers completely up to the tile. I love the work they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone. They were always on time, very professional and friendly.

We hired Atlantic Total Solutions for a home inspection prior to buying a house in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, FL. They were recommended by our realtor. We regret not doing our own research. After moving in to our home we have found several surprises to include, but not limited to, further termite damage and wood rot than originally discovered, an inoperative dryer outlet, water damage on the ceiling and a large crack in our granite countertop.

These are the very things that a home inspector is paid to locate so that the repairs can be worked in to the sale contract, and Atlantic Total Solutions completely failed at the task. Do not use them for home inspections -- find someone thorough!
