Inspected roof in a timely manner. Gave estimate with explanation of what is and what is not included. Able to come week we needed to have roof done. Work done during time frame estimated and well done. Told that any problems, please call. All staff/workers polite and explained/answered questions. All worked hard and aware of taking care of property during drastic heat! Would definitely use again.

Jose "Sarge" Alonso and all of Strong Roofing have been great from start to finish. They made getting a new roof installed painless and gave me plenty of options to choose from. They knocked the entire roof installation out in one day and did a good job cleaning up behind themselves. Would definitely be recommend to anyone in need of roof repairs or an entire roof replacement.

Needing a roof replacement, I asked friends and neighbors for a local, reliable company. Strong Roofing was by far the most spoken of. After initial contact for an estimate, I had a written estimate from the owner in hand within a few days. With the replacement date scheduled, the crews were on time, skilled, courteous and professional. Questions and concerns have been always addressed promptly (within hours). I highly recommend Strong Roofing.

I cannot say enough good about the fantastic job they did on my house! Strong roofing came highly recommend from one of my best friends. I am so glad I listened to him and called Strong Roofing. I had called others for quotes, and they either did not show up, or sent us an ariel view and quote. Strong came to my house, explained the insurance process and even came out to the house when the insurance adjuster was here, which really calmed my nerves.
They scheduled our roof promptly, arrived right as promised, and their crew worked really hard all day. The crew was super respectful of our property, they were fun and importantly had fun, all the while busting their butts to get our large roof done. They did a super job estimating the job with very little left over and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.
We have had TWO severe storms since they put the roof on, and everything was tight and dry. They communicate well (e-mail is the best) and kept us informed during the whole process. Even told me how to fill out for a rebate I was unaware of. I can't begin to explain in this review just how pleased we are with Strong Roofing. If you need a roof, there is no one else that can compare.quality, service, value, or satisfaction!

We were extremely happy with our new roof. From the initial contact with the company, the service was quick, estimate was timely and the work was executed quickly. The crew was professional and efficient and they cleaned up during and after each days work. I would not hesitate to use Strong Roofing in the future or refer them to friends who need roofing work.

Jose and his crew are the epitome of professionalism and embody what it means to build customer service. I needed my roof replaced and contacted strong roofs, the next day Jose was there to inspect my roof and give me a quote. The really went the extra mile far above competitors in the are will do. Laid tarps to catch nails and ran magnets for quite awhile.
You can't even tell anyone was here except for an outstanding looking new roof. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them myself in the future. Thanks again Jose!

My wife and I found Strong Roofing to be a great roofing company. A storm caused a tree to fall on our roof causing damage to the shingles and crushing an area of wood supporting the shingles. Strong Roofing Vice President, Jose Alonso, inspected the damage and had his crew of friendly, hard-working roofers completing all repairs and reroofing the entire house shortly after his visit.
They did a wonderful job and the roof looks beautiful. They cleaned up all nails and debris under the direction of Jose. He is a true professional and was very meticulous in overseeing all steps in the repair process. I recommend Strong Roofing to anyone needing a new roof.

I was thrilled with the professionalism exhibited by Strong Roofing. Bert, the owner of Strong Roofing, had our roof replaced within a week of signing a contract and came by each morning to insure that the work was being done to my satisfaction and that the quality of the workmanship by his crew was meeting his expectations. Ripoff and replacement took about two days with minimal involvement from me. Reroofing can be messy, but the crew did an excellent job in respecting my property and cleaning up at the end of each day.
They were able to even out a valley in the roof, and found and replaced some rotted plywood sheathing. They spray painted to match the new shingles the vent pipes and flashing and base flashing around the fireplaces, and applied silicone where needed for sealing. They also tacked down and sprayed with a galvanized paint one of my chimney caps that was coming loose.
After the job was complete, Bert emailed me the warranty information the next day- all registered with Owens Corning. I recommend Strong Roofing without reservation- Judy Smith, MD and Zeke Fairbank

Strong Roofing did the roof on my next door neighbor's home and from how it looks, they did a fine job. However, during the course of the job they splattered waterproofing adhesive all over the plants in my back yard garden. When my wife contacted the manager with this concern, she received an email that was over-the-top rude. They claimed to consult a horticulturist who tells them it could nor be from their sealant (an impossible assessment to make by just looking at pictures). I'm very unhappy with the rude and flippant behavior of their manager.

I bought a house that Strong Roofing had installed for the previous owner. The roof was still under warranty, and I was experiencing a leak by the front door on the outside of the house. The response time was amazing! Emailing is the way to go with Strong Roofing. The lead man came the next morning and investigated the roof. He didn't find any flaws in the roofing installation, but did find a crack in the chimney connections that he was kind enough to caulk for me.
The next rain storm I still experienced the same leak, so I emailed the company on a Sunday morning. By noon the lead man and a helper were at my house during another rain storm and found out it had nothing to do with the roof, but it was a problem with my siding bottom channel that was incorrect. They wanted to see the leak and went above and beyond the call of duty!
They don't do roof repairs, so if that's what you need unfortunately you'll miss out on really great and conscientious people. If you need a new roof don't look around just call them and you'll be super happy.

I e-mailed Mr. Burt about a Very small job on my place. He e-mailed me back within 2 hours saying he had a big job in my area (Vancleave) but, didn't know about getting a trailer out to pickup waste and he would see what he could do as we were up against a time frame. We had used Strong Roofing before and knew most of Chico's crew. They were polite, professional, and very skilled workers.
They also had a great degree of pride in their workmanship. So it was a no-brainer to call on Mr. Burt. He flat took care of everything and at a very good price I might add.
