I am highly satisfied with the prompt and efficient service I received Tuesday this week from the staff at Bob Woodall Air Care Systems in Dothan. Beginning with a very courteous and professional customer service representative, Jordan, who submitted the repair order. He stated it would be 3:00 pm before the technician could check the unit. However, in about 4 hours he called and said if it would be convenient for me the technician could come 2 hours earlier.

Due to the 92 degree weather, I appreciated the call. The technician, Cody, promptly found and corrected the problem He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the best cooling tips for the unit. The unit is working fine, and I am glad I requested their service.
