Above All Construction

Above All Construction recently finished adding on a screened in porch for us. The results were fantastic. Very high quality workmanship, timely response, and finished our project on time and on budget. We are so excited sharing our new "happy place" with friends and family.

What do you say when your contractor tells you he is not responsible for his guys work and makes condescending comments about ones wife and her wishes on how she wants her 12k bathroom remodel to look? We used Gene to remodel two of our bathrooms. Him and his crew did a great job! Gene was easy to work with and we'd definitely seek him again in the future.

The best part about Above All Construction Inc. is they always make sure they exceed my expectations. If they don't they make sure they fix the project to meet our expectations. They're great.

When we first hired Above All Construction they wrote down a list of things that would be done and completed. By the end of their time they completed everything on that list. They absolutely exceeded our expectations and will be our go to company if we need anything else done.

I would caution anyone considering working with Eugene Juarez, Above All Construction Inc. He talks a good talk, but does not deliver on his promises. If you have a complaint about the quality of work you might be surprised when Eugene Juarez, Above All Construction Inc. demands all of your insurance money before completing the work or addressing your concerns about the quality of the work completed.

We hired Eugene Juarez, Above All Construction Inc. to repair storm damage from 2013 to our kitchen and basement. After requesting an itemized account of where all the money we paid to Eugene Juarez, Above All Construction Inc. went we received no response. Yet, he filed a lien on our property before completing the kitchen or even beginning the basement. Meanwhile, we have no appliances hooked up, no working plumbing, unfinished electricity, unfinished flooring, trim, baseboards, cabinets installed poorly (electrical sockets covered, then holes drill into the cabinets, gaps in the cabinets/walls, and screws that damaged the cabinets) Would you give Eugene Juarez, Above All Construction Inc. more money or your money if this was the quality of work done and the customer service that you received?
