We had to have our HVAC systems replaced. Tri-County Aire's cost estimate was unbeatable. The installation technicians Dereck, Brandon and Tim were outstanding. They were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked through the day until the job was done. They did a fantastic job of cleaning up and hauling away the old equipment.

Cody and Rob did a great job installing a replacement air handler and heat pump at my residence. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were respectful of my property, cleaning up everything before leaving. Cody even came up with an easy solution to a problem with my condensate discharge line that I had been having for years. The system is working well and I am very pleased with it.

The worst HVAC service I've every dealt with. Brand new home whose system was installed and serviced by Tri-County. Strike One; drainage line from the upstairs unit was installed incorrectly not allowing the system to dispose of water correctly causing the system to shut-off multiple times in the 1st 6 months of ownership. After a year in the house the same unit has a leak and this is where it gets DIRTY.
As the installer we reachback to Tri-County for service. After establishing the 1st appointment the tech doesn't show up or call to rely that he wouldn't be able to make it (NO CALL NO SHOW). We have to call the service desk 1st thing Monday morning to figure out why we wasted an entire day and weekend in a hot house waiting on a tech. Well, he shows up late Monday evening and does a system test to tell us we have a leak. However, he could not conduct a leak test because that has to be scheduled with the service line even though he's standing infront of the unit at what is definitely his last call of the day.
So we follow suit, only to be informed that it would take another 5 days before he could come back out to complete a leak test that he could've been completed that day. Especially after not showing up for the 1st appointment. On the 13th day of no AC the tech shows back up to perform the leak test, spending 25 mins max. Pumps the system with nitrogen without informing us that the system would be inoperable for 5 more days as the nitrogen settled.
If we had know this we would've pushed off the test, refilled the system with freon and inspected the leak when the weather was much cooler. The only reason I knew that we couldn't turn the system back on was because I asked after he noted he'dbe back after 5 days. What's another 5 days when your already down for 2wks right. Frustrated at the process we call the service center to see if we can get someone out as soon as the 5 days are up because at this point we've lost all confidence in the service and had paid 500 dollars without any answers or more importantly AIR.
After creative differences we settle on the scheduling the tech to come back out at the 5 day mark but made priority to be his 1st job of the day. Well that didn't happen, instead no one shows up again I call back to the scheduling rep only to be told that they didn't recall the appointment and that "SHE DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES." After more creative differences it was realized that a mistake was made and a tech would be out first thing the next morning.
The tech David that showed up was a blessing and the only thing positive with this company. He throughly inspected the system, actually searching for a leak something the 1st guy never did because he was in and out to fast. Completely frustrated with this company we had another reputable vendor come out and check our system, low and behold they actually inspected and checked our sytem out "Day one", to include going upstairs to actually inspect the unit upstairs that hadn't been looked at once in the previous 3 visits but was identified as a potential issue without visually inspecting it.
Next week will be a month without air because of this flawed money draining company. I will never in life recommend or use this company at this point I'd rather the service my houses because at least I know what to expect. Oh by the way Buddy the guy who apparently runs the shop, still hasn't returned our call but has provided the quote to actually fix the issue, talk about customer service.

So today I had the pleasure of dealing with Jen while trying to resolve a issue with transferring the warranty for my parents. She was so very helpful and went above and beyond even calling the trance company for me. We have used try county for our hvac for over 10 years and have always found them to be proffessional and helpful but Jen stood out today!

Got my 2 hvac units replaced last April and went through two maintenance services already. Excellent service and advice in choosing the new hvac system they installed. Very knowledgeable techs and not afraid of questions. Trustworthy people & company. A little bit on the high end of pricing but exceptional value for the money. Very happy working with Tri-County Aire!

Tim and Chris were fantastic. They were professional and prompt. Being a previous service technician I verified that their work was very detailed and complete. I was checking out their progress during the day as they worked and they did not mind at all. Our existing unit was a Trane unit that was 36 years old and still working but was just rusting out.
We are happy to have another Trane to replace what we had. We received multiple quotes and the price was fair and I would highly recommend Tri-County AIRE to anybody in this area. Sincerely Charles Melville

Tim and Chris from TRI-County Aire installed a new Trane HVAC system at my house. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and most importantly knowledgeable of their craft. Despite encountering some issues during installation out of their control, they kept us informed during the installation and took immediate action to resolve the issue! TRI-County Aire should feel very fortunate to have Tim and Chris as employees - definitely recommend TRI-County Aire and of course Tim and Chris!

We were very pleased with Dereck's response to the concerns we had with the condensate pump and thermostat on our newly installed heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all our questions and concerns. He patiently explained how to use/program our thermostat and associated app and relived our concerns about the condensate pump by hard wiring. Overall, he projected a very positive image of TriCounty Aire.

Brandon, Chris and Tim, (along with 2 other fellows) installed our replacement boiler, tested it and made sure there were no issues. They were polite, professional and speedy and cleaned up the area in our basement afterwards. Highly recommend this outfit for any HVAC needs. Service: Heating system installation
