I worked with Gail and Charlie and they were both polite, helpful, and responsive in all of our communications. I chose Hometown Plumbing to replace the blue poly pipe that was causing problems at my home in Middle River in 2016. They were reasonably priced (about 20% less than another bid) and performed the work when it was scheduled to be completed.
The 5 star review is for what they were able to help me with 2 years after the work was complete. Water was accumulating on the property where some of the work was originally completed and my Homeowner's association was threatening litigation if I didn't have it fixed. I contacted Hometown to see if they could check it out for me. They took the time to inspect the problem and instructed me to contact the city as the work that Hometown Plumbing did was not the problem; the water was actually originating from the neighbors property.
