The style takes its cues from Spanish Colonial and Prairie and Craftsman homes, and is characterized by its one-story, pitched-roof construction, built-in garage, wood or brick exterior walls, sliding and picture windows, and sliding doors leading to patios. The Montgomery is a 2250 square foot one story style home.
We will build on a select homesite in one of our many communities or on your individual building lot. We offer free on-site lot analysis to best design your new home. We provide completed home packages from excavation, foundation, landscaping and totally finished homes, ready for occupancy; "Turnkey operation."

Oliver Homes built our home and finished in January of this year. We are extremely happy with our home. Very few issues during the walk-though and they were immediately taken care of. Chris Crespo handled everything early on and he did a great job. We've been in our home 2 months and just found a minor cosmetic issue outside and sent them an email. They had someone come out and repair it within a few days. We are very happy with Oliver Homes and would highly recommend them!

My wife and I built an Oliver Home. The initial consultant was nice and planned out what we asked for, but when they starting building the house the project manager said we didn't ask for this or that when were planning the house. He lied about it and we had to pay twice. Also, we didn't get all the stuff we asked for. Then after ward the house started falling apart.
The basement leaked, the siding came off 4 times, the sump pump stopped working. the foundation cracked in half and the air conditioner foundations began to shift into a 45 degree angle. The garage door no longer works, the shutters are coming off, the tiles are coming loose and the kitchen counters are separating from the walls. This is just a sample list of what is wrong with my Oliver Home. We will never use them again. From what I understand they are a religion based group. We expected more.

Oliver Homes was easy to use because they had their own standard homes to choose from and they had samples of the flooring, tile, etc. on site to choose from. However, we ran into multiple issue's of material we chose on site not being available from the manufacturer. The flooring in our house is very cheap and is already showing wear and tear from having children.
They do not use proper flashing on the outside of the house, and we had water running down the side of our house when it rained because it would go around the gutter. I complained and they came out and used caulk to "fix" the issue. They did a terrible job of installing our kitchen cabinets. The cabinets aren't flush (noticeable gap between microwave and cabinets) and our granite countertop and sink pulled out from the wall.5-.75 inches.
Their fix for this was to come out and fill the gap in with caulk and it looks absolutely terrible. They delivered the lumber about 3-4 weeks before they framed the house, and it was completely warped by the time they started framing. The sub-floor looked terrible, so they had to have someone sand the joints down. I have since added a wall to split two rooms because the set up we had in the living room and family room had two tv jack's about 20 feet apart.
I questioned this during the design phase, and they blew me off like it wouldn't be an issue. We gave them our punch-out list, and had to follow up with them several times to make sure the issues were not forgotten about. Our septic tanks were installed in the wrong location, and will now prevent me from building a detached garage because there is not enough room between the tanks and the property line. I asked to speak to Mr. Oliver about this multiple times, and never heard a word from him. I could go on, but you get the point. I wouldn't use them again.

In my opinion, I advise you to explore other custom home builders. When we selected and hired Oliver Homes to build our custom home we thought we were selecting a true quality custom home builder. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. The quality of workmanship, project management, communication, over site over in house employees and sub contractors were significantly lacking. The scope and number of issues we experienced pre and post construction are completely unacceptable. We can not and do not recommend Oliver Homes as a custom builder.
