High levels of mold can grow in clean and well-kept buildings. Serious issues include leaks, rotting wood, a persistent musty odor, and flaking wallpaper. Many buildings from before 1978 have paint that contains lead. We provide lead inspection in Boston, MA and throughout New England, using advanced XRF technology. Asbestos is a naturally occurring, mostly fibrous mineral used in many building products because of its resistance to heat, fire, and many caustic chemicals.

Michael did a lead inspection on a property we were looking to purchase. He was on time, very knowledgeable and explained in extreme detail every process of the results and remediation options we had. He was available to reach with any questions we had after that as well which helped clear up anything we thought of after the inspection itself.

After speaking to and reading reviews for several lead inspectors, I decided to move forward with ASAP Environmental because they were the most responsive and came across as the most experienced. I'm glad I made that decision. On the day of the inspection, Chris arrived early and diligently tested the home I was buying for lead paint. He had a good way of explaining things which was helpful because I had many questions, all of which he patiently and clearly answered.

Even the seller's real estate agent made a point of telling me that Chris was doing a better, more thorough inspection than others he's interacted with in the past. Chris, thank you for a job well done as well as the quick turn-around and thoughtful answers/explanations. Highly recommended!
