Michael did a lead inspection on a property we were looking to purchase. After speaking to and reading reviews for several lead inspectors, I decided to move forward with ASAP Environmental because they were the most responsive and came across as the most experienced. I'm glad I made that decision. On the day of the inspection, Chris arrived early and diligently tested the home I was buying for lead paint. He had a good way of explaining things which was helpful because I had many questions, all of which he patiently and clearly answered.
