These guys are awesome! So helpful and friendly! Best customer service ever! I recently purchased a very expensive part for the pool, and was stressing they wouldn't credit me because it was a special order as it turned out I had no issues at all! When I called for an update on the status of a back ordered vacuum cleaner, I was impressed with their quick and comprehensive update. The vacuum cleaner cost less at CSS than on-line. My wife has been pleased with their help when she has shopped their. We like that they sell single cans of Terand carpet cleaner which was recommended by a quality furniture store.

I will never go anywhere else for my supplies. They are a family owned business and always make me feel like I'm in an extension of their home when I walk in. Always the best service, best products, never have I ever felt pressure to buy anything. In fact they have saved me money by helping me not over purchase things I do not need. Knowledge #1 of their products Service of my vacuums 2 times a year(more if I'm super busy) make my clients homes as well as my home feel and smell clean.

We have been dealing CSS for a number of years now. Our pool has been challenging at times, but CSS has gone above and beyond to help us keep our pool water crystal clear, and the chemicals correct. I spent $150 here on pool chemicals thay did not work. They do not sell the same pool chemicals as pool and spa supply stores and apparently what they sell does not work, because what I bought from another store did work. I was asked what I bought from here and the other store told me you are not supposed to use those chemicals (one example is liquid chlorine).
The staff is nice and I'm sure they are great with other cleaning products but they do not know pools. Save yourself a lot of trouble, time and money and go somewhere else that knows pools.

I found CSS after a recommendation from a friend (an aquatics director of a commercial pool) when I was having problems getting my pool water balanced. That was years ago and since then, CSS is still my go-to for all of my pool issues and needs. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable and they genuinely care about helping. I haven't gone anywhere else for my pool since I found CSS. The process couldn't be easier: bring in a water sample, get a detailed report of EXACTLY what you need. Thanks, guys!
