We had a leak in our basement from a pipe that flooded our basement on Friday evening, We called to get them to come out Monday to help us out. Eddie came out and found the problem and had us fixed and water back on in about 30 minutes. He was very courteous and efficient. We would recommend Buckner plumbing. Our well pump went out. I called and called all over but the only appointment I could get was for the next day and about an hour later the receptionist called and asked if it were ok for a crew to come on up I said yes please! Two fellas came up from Marion which is an easy 30 min drive one way! They came looked and had to go pick up another part. They got back and got it done! Yay what a great company! I can't thank y'all enough!

$242.00 to install a new faucet ( provided by me) seemed exorbitant. That said, the repair guys were here and gone in 20 minutes and did a fine job. Just be prepared to pay a premium. Service: Faucet installation

After googling plumbers in my area I called Buckner 's and made an appointment. The men who came out were on-time, professional, wore their masks (if that something that concerns you), and were very informative. Thank goodness this company is around! After almost 2 months of not being able to get anyone to come out (or even return a phone call!) they got us fixed up when no one locally seemed interested. We are new to this area and will definitely use them again when the need arises. THANK YOU!

Unless your pockets are deep and the job not done then this the company for you. Charge me 411.88 dollars to come out. I couldn't make it to my mom's house before they said it was done. On second attempt they thought they had found the problem but it would cost me another 600.00 dollars. I called another plumber who charged me 250.00 to fix it right. They have got my last dollar but go for if you don't mind the exorbitant pricing and poor service.

I had a very good experience with Buckner Plumbing. They spent a while day at my house and fixed a ton of stuff. The lady that answers the phone is very nice, knowledgeable and super helpful. I'll definitely use them any time I have plumbing issues (which hopefully won't be for a while!)

Terrible customer service. I spoke to them twice before they came to my home. Both times they explained their labor fee was $100 for the 1 st hour, $80 for the second. They spent less than 2 hours at my home, but charged me 3 hours of labor. This is an extra $80. When I realized my charges, I called and spoke to Veronica who refused to make it right.

She said they charged me time traveled, which had never been mentioned in our previous discussions. She said it took 45 minutes each way to travel 18.7 miles. Thing is, the plumber who was here told me it was only a 25 minute drive from their office. Either way, I was charged a fee I was not told about up front. Makes you wonder what else they aren't up front about!
