I was shopping around for wood stove pellets and came across North Forge Heating during my search. I gave them a call and they have quite a few different brands with great pricing. They don't deliver to my area, so I decided to stop in. Their showroom is really nice and impressive, lots of accessories too! The sales people at the counter were knowledgeable about the stove I use and what would be a good pellet to burn with it.
Their prices are extremely competitive. Way better than the box stores and the local hardware stores. They also have higher quality pellets. They store their pellets in an indoor warehouse around back. When I purchased the pellets up front, I drove around the back and they had them on a forklift ready to go and helped me load them. Highly recommend the trip from Lancaster if you're getting fed up with crappy pellets from TSC and the ridiculous prices out at JB Hostetter's!

North Forge's Customer Service is outstanding. They're knowledgeable and have a wide selection of heating units and grills. Small family owned business. You're not going to get a greeter that makes minimum wage at the door. Be patient and wait on them to finish with the previous customer and you'll receive excellent service and total attention on you when they are done.
Their knowledge base is excellent. Give the dimensions of your room and they'll help you select the BTU output correct for your space. Also, since I'm retired Army, they provided a military discount which I very much appreciate. I purchased a vented propane heater for my basement and my family is very pleased. I'll post pictures after I get the finishing details on my fireplace.

I've been into their store a couple of times looking at stoves and today was the last time. I'll just say they are not friendly and they also try to make me feel like I don't know anything about anything. I have owned and operated a wood stove before by the way. It's their superiority complex I guess. Whatever, I have the money and will shop elsewhere!

Heard about this place at a Traeger Shop Class and thought we'd drive up to check it out. We weren't necessarily looking for a new grill, but fell in love with the Timberline 850. Dan had the answers to all of our questions (OK, there weren't a lot of them. I believe in research) and was friendly and full of useful grilling tips. By the time we had paid, and driven around to the loading dock, our gleaming new Timberline was on a forklift fully assembled and ready to be put in the bed of my truck.
I was taken aback, to be honest. I expected this to be in a box (was actually disappointed about that. I like to assemble things). Dan pointed out that they never let a grill go out unassembled. they assemble and make sure the electronics work, that way if there are any problems, they are able to get it sorted out before the customer has to deal with a problem.
To me, that's just good business. A few other notes. the showroom is large and cheerful with a great collection of vintage grills (including some lovely old Traegers). In addition to Traeger, they handle Little Green Egg and other grill products as well as a large selection of fireplaces and inserts. In summation, you can do a LOT worse than the folks at North Forge. It's a little off the beaten path, but I will gladly return for my Traeger needs. Dan is a great person to deal with and I would wholeheartedly recommend both he and North Forge to anyone in need of a high-quality grill. It's very much worth the drive from Lancaster.
