Ken installed a deck at my home and did a great job. After discussing the project and choosing materials, Ken provided a detailed quote for the project and took the time to answer a lot of questions about how the deck would be constructed, providing the pros/cons and potential costs involved in variations like extra footings, how it would be attached to the house, joist spacing, etc.
He provided advice and points to consider when choosing colors/materials/layout for the decking. Despite the pandemic putting a halt on the project for a few months, Ken stayed in touch, keeping us updated on material sourcing, delivery, and construction timelines. There were no surprises because Ken always kept us in the loop. We got a few quotes and the cost was competitive. We will definitely be using him again.

I am so glad I found Neudecker Construction. My elderly mother needed a tub taken out and a shower insert installed. Ken and his crew did quality work and moved quickly. He discussed potential problems ahead of time so there wouldn't be any surprises. (Pipes are really old) Ken has a ton of experience and makes sure things are done the right way. They left the house nice and clean. His prices are very fair. I will definitely use Neudecker Construction again.

Speaking from experience of having work done by Ken and his Team, we were pleased with the professional job they did. We have had Nuedecker Construction do several projects for us. I was putting my house up for sale and needed painting and outlets replaced. They did a great job and did not overcharge me. They went the extra mile to help me get my house ready to show.
