Tom performed a thorough testing of the entire electrical system in our house. He also tested our fire alarms which are working well. A report of the testing was clearly reviewed with me along with the cost of recommended upgrades to our outlets and switches. He made it clear that it was not essential to do the work at this time. However, Tom's review was similar to the assessment that was done last year so I decided to go forward with the upgrades.

I am very pleased that Tom got started today on the work. He completed work on two rooms today and was attentive to cleaning the areas where work was done. Yesterday Tom replaced an outside light along our walk and had an associate come to replace a thermostat for the basement heat in our media room. I'm really pleased with the efforts of the electricians who work for Iddings.

I have no complaints. Service was excellent, problems were corrected. Tom was very nice and courteous, he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood my options. This is a very professional operation in all ways. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I'm very satisfied and will use Iddings as my electricians from now on. Highly recommended.

Helped me locate my water well using a radio wave device to trace the power line. Worked well, reasonable price but overall they were able to come out quickly.

The Tech was cheerful and capable. He did a safety check and replaced all of our outdated smoke alarms.

I had a minor issue in my house and being a first time homeowner, I wanted to make sure that I wasn't going to mess something up. The technician was incredibly courteous and explained to me all of my options. He ended up fixing the issue that day but he also helped evaluate some other questions I had for my home. I would definitely recommend them for any job; their level of expertise and kindness was incredible.

I had Iddings come out to my home to install an outside outlet & switch next to my deck. I am planning on using it to plug in some rope lighting and overhead string lights on the deck. Alan from Iddings arrived when scheduled. He spent some time reviewing the project and asking questions about what I wanted. He was extremely polite and professional and explained in detail what he would be doing before I had to leave for work. When I came home I found everything cleaned up and was very pleased with the job! I would highly recommend this company!
