This was our first experience with a custom home construction, and we were understandably nervous. We had many different ideas about what our log home would look like. Bruce and the entire team were receptive to all of our ideas. We retained an architect and Gingrich Builders not only had no problems bringing those concepts to reality, but also contributed their advice based on years of experience.

The end result was the creation of our forever home, a rustic, elegant, and functional. It is rare to find a family custom log home builder in a field of large company kit builders who offer no room for changes. Thank you to Gingrich Builders for making our dream come true!

This review is long over due. Gingrich Builders built our custom log home in 2019. Throughout the whole process they were exceptional professionals. They were honest, transparent, trustworthy, and second to none. Bruce guided us through the building project start to finish and was in constant communication with us. The entire crew is dedicated, hardworking, meticulous, and knowledgable.

Not to mention the craftsmanship and attention to detail is stunning. It has been almost two years since our build was finished but Bruce, Tim, and Todd quickly answer and questions or address any concerns that may arise. When you are a customer of Gingrich Builders it is not just for the duration of the project, it is for a lifetime. Bruce, Tim, Todd and the Gingrich Crew have become an extended part of our family. Not only do they do beautiful work, their customer service is next to none! Outstanding! We could not be happier with their work and our new home! Todd and Bruce were great to work with. They stayed within our quoted budget and stayed right on the construction and move in time line that they provided us. They communicated wonderfully throughout the process and were readily available any time of the day for any questions we had.

We recently had Gingrich Builders do a restoration project on our log home including replacing and repairing logs, shingle replacement and staining. They were a pleasure to work with. Their work very professional and was completed on schedule and within my budget. I highly recommend them for your next project.

Our front porch log step stringers had deteriorated and they replaced them with new ones. Steps were disassembled, new stringers put in, stair treads reattached. Some of the stair treads needing a little adjusting which they did perfectly. Job was done professionally and quickly. They were great to deal with from finding the type of wood we wanted used and promptly getting back to us with information. It probably was a small job for them but for us it was big! I highly recommend them!

The skill and attention to detail was beyond our expectations, The house is gorgeous. Cecil county was not easy to work with on this project but we got through all the hurdles

Repair work looks great. Professional and prompt, I would recommend them to my friends and call them again myself.
