Jesus (from "Door Works Overhead Door") just showed up at our place with his son (I guess?). He gave us some honest comments about the replacements needed and honest advice on minimizing the repair costs and completed the work professionally and cleanly in less than 15 minutes as promised. He inspected other parts and gave us hints for the potential future repairs needed.

From what appears, Jesus follows Lord Jesus not just in name but also in his heart and business. Great person to deal with. We will go back to them for future garage door repairs.

Great experience with Mitch the service technician. On time and resolved all issues in a fast professional manner. Compay texts me so know when he will show up and Mitch was right on time. Had a tremendous experience with Door Works, most notably related to a new garage door which was installed. In addition, we have worked with them over many years for various aspects related to issues with our system. They have always been prompt and professional in handling any problems whatsoever.

Door works was amazing. I was having a difficult time finding someone to do a high lift conversion on my overhead door after raising the ceiling in my garage and installing a lift and Jeremy came out and took a look and did all the math to get the parts ordered and do a custom install. The service was great and the door came out exactly as I wanted. Couldn't have asked for better, these as my goto's for everything moving forward. Thanks Door Works!

Jeff called me 30 min before Appt time range to ensure on schedule. 3. Jeff fixed 5 remote garage door openers and reprogrammed them all for 2 separate garage doors and then got garages to work with my cars too. 4.

Very nice people all around! The front office and the technician who came out for the quote were very friendly and professional from beginning to end. We decided to decline the quote due to personal budgeting concerns but they were great to work with regardless.

Wow, I have had a great experience with Door Works this morning. They arrived a little late, but only 15 minutes. The technician had the problem fixed and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. I will always use them. He didn't try to sell me anything. Just great service. Service call was only $96 and the door had been broken for awhile. It is nice to have it back. You should use them too.

Our spring broke last night and I called Door Works without giving it a second thought. We got the 10-12 time slot when I spoke with Sally. Jeff, the same gentleman who installed the opener for us arrived and replaced the single broken spring with two springs! Now if one breaks we will still have one left. Jeff is a true professional as are all the folks I've had the pleasure of dealing with at Door Works. I'm now a repeat customer and I am happy to say I still highly recommend them!

I had a broken spring on my metal double garage door. I called Door Works and talked to Jay. He called back within 15 minutes and gave me an accurate estimate of the repair cost. Jesus, the repair technician, then called and said he would be there in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes and replaced the broken spring as well as the second one in less than 30 minutes.

He also did some other needed repairs at no charge. Total cost plus tax was $258.00. Very reasonable for my size garage door. Door works better than when new. Total time from first contact to completed job was less than 2 hours. It just doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommend.

We had a poor installation from another overhead door company. After a couple attempts to fix, I called Door works and they were prompt to come help and fix the problems even though they did not install the openers. I highly recommend this company. Very friendly, thorough, prompt, and reasonable. I wish i had picked them from the beginning.

This is a great company that provides top quality service at a great price. I had to change out the garage doors on my new home, and was looking at DIYing it as I had some experience with garage doors. Four new panels with an insulated core (R-value of 9) were going to cost me around $1,500 at Home Depot and I was ready to pay. My wife showed me a coupon that had been delivered to our door (I usually throw these away without looking at them) for a complete new door of the kind I was hoping to buy with new hardware for $1,179.

I met with the folks at Door Works before I bought them, and had a look at the doors and they looked great. I set up an appointment for early the next week as the doors I needed were already in stock. Below is my feedback on the installation in point form: 1. The technician (Perry) was punctual, polite with wife and children, did his job well and left the garage clean.

Full marks and kudos to him for professionalism. 2. The door is high-quality, and closes tightly against its frame. I looks really nice both outside and in. 3. The door is very quiet when it opens/closes/ 4. They take care of the little extras like stabilizing the rail so that it doesn't vibrate and shudder when the door is going up and down. If you need garage doors put in, (or sun shields too), get these guys to do it. They will be cheaper and better than buying from a big store and trying to do it yourself.

I have had to call Door Works out for two completely unrelated issues with my garage door. Call these guys if you have any issues with your garage door! They know their business, they know garage doors and they are very responsive and reasonable. Jeff was my repairman and he has come out both times. I cannot recommend this service company enough!

Amazing service! Garage door repairs can be expensive and it's hard to find an honest trustworthy company but door works is it! Our garage door was crooked and off its track after hitting a storage door that was left open. I called door works, they gave me a quote over the phone ($159-$189) and were here within a few hours. Jesus (the technician) was professional, helpful and kind. Our final bill was at the low end of the estimated bid and Jesus even gave our door a little tune up. I'd recommend them to anyone.
