We haven't bought the home yet but they are great examples there on the lot, the sells men are not pushy and won't show you what you can't afford. They made it really easy to understand the costs, and have super convenient options for bringing in utilities and rolling that into the mortgage which saves you money upfront.

Nick was very easy to work with not a pushy salesman. Very knowledgeable about building aspects of the homes.

Nick was a great showing us multiple homes which suited our needs. He was also pleasant and was not pushy or aggressive pushing a sale. We didn't get a deal done today but we are finishing the deal once our zoning issue is resolved.

When I first moved into my Oak Creek home, I was excited. My first home and everything looked great. If my review was based solely off that, I would have given this company a 4 or 5 stars. However, now that I have been in my home for nearly 3 years, things have changed. I have had to do many large repairs recently. All due to installation error. I noticed leaking under the house that turned out to be a leak from under my shower.

A plumber had to come in, cut holes into my wall, and run all new piping in the master shower. This was due to the installer bending the pipes so incorrectly that it began to leak. There is even proof that shows the installers knew of the leak because there was tape wrapped around the very spot the pipes were leaking. Now not even 2 months after that fix, I have had to replace the hot water heater.

What we thought was originally an element gone bad was incorrect. My father (who is a very capable plumber) opened the wall to replace said element and noticed instantly the element was not the issue. None of the fastenings on top of the water heater was tightened so it had been leaking and rusting for the last 3 years. Not only that, but they had drilled screws, YES SCREWS, through the tank of the hot water heater.

Effectively ruining the whole hot water heater. Not only is that bad, but it kept getting worse as my dad got further. The section where all the electrical was, was full of water. He had to kill the power to remove it. Had I gone in and tried looking at the element prior to my dad fixing it, I could have been shocked and potentially harmed. Also because of the leak, there was water in the pan (almost full after all this time) that was under the heater. Had this not been there or the crack in the pan (which there was because of when it was installed) had leaked, I would be dealing with a ruined floor as well. Saying all this, I now do not trust anything inside my home. My singular thought is "what the hell else is wrong with my house?".

Our experience was out of this world, Zach was awesome and disclosed everything to us up front, He did not make any promises to us. Everything was straight forward. I would definately recommend Oak Creek homes and Zach for your next purchase. This will hopefully be our first home.

Overall im happy w my home choice and the info from oak creek sales staff. Ive had a few minor issues and oak creek corrected them. Issues i have now, still minor and due to expected settlement such as interior trim having gaps. But w earth quake, oil fracking in my area. Its nothing oak creek could prevent.

An Oak Creek home is not the least expensive manufactured or modular home on the market if the price is the only factor considered. However, when you take into account ALL of the costs of homeownership, like utility costs, maintenance expenses, and resale & insurance replacement values, Oak Creek is clearly the affordability leader.

Snake oil salesmen! Constantly bad-mouthing the competition on quality! Wait until you get one of these! First, they tear up your yard, and you'll spend thousands trying to landscape it back like you want, without all the tire tracks! There's not a straight angle any where! Patio door won't close, cabinets are crooked, trim not completely fastened down, and everything is put up with staples!

Wrong main breaker panel installed, no popups on any of the vanities, cheapo toilets, the main frame was bent under the house, they came and "fixed" that. Waste of time and money! We won't ever do this again, or recommend it to anyone! And don't call us, we'll call you is what we get when we try to get any help or info! Nobody wants to tell me who the top dog is I'll bend his ears back for sure!

Nicholas showed me the Smart Cottages this morning. He's a very knowledgeable and professional young man! Knew more details off the top of his head than I could ever have thought to ask. Very pleasant experience!

I went to Oak Creek to look at homes. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Nick the salesperson that I was working with was super nice, informative and listed to me as I told him my likes and dislikes about the homes. Nick was very knowledgeable on the homes. I would consider Oak Creek for your next home and Nick as your salesperson.

I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Oak Creek Homes. Called on a whim and spoke with Zach Alley on the phone. Ten minutes later I was sitting in his office. I wasn't sure what I wanted but after a few questions, Zach showed me exactly what I had in mind. Zach made the process exceptionally easy with his laid back but professional attitude. I highly recommend my dude Zach if you are looking for a manufactured home.

We had a very positive experience at Oak Creek Homes with Zachary Allen. He was good at listening to what we were interested in and was very knowledgeable about the homes that he was selling. He is definitely the person I would want to deal with in going through the process of setting up a home with.

Justin did an amazing job showing us their homes, explaining everything they do with their homes, explained anything and everything we asked. He was incredibly insightful and offered all information upfront and honestly. Wonderful experience! When we decide to buy, it will definitely be here with Justin!

When looking for a manufactured home, you need not look any farther than Oak Creek in Tulsa. They offer a variety of homes and there is something for everyone. I selected the Opal Model, a 3 bedroom two bath home. The layout is perfect for a young family and what made it even more special was all the appliances are new and the master bathroom looks like it was right out of a magazine.

Not only do you get a stellar home, but you can bet your bottom dollar that you will get stellar professional support from their staff. They were always responsive to all my questions and they are some of the most gracious people I've dealt with in business. Professional, great value for your money. You cannot go wrong by purchasing an Oak Creek Home. Ask for Tom, my salesman, super great guy! And Rhonda on the business end knows her stuff and can help you find support staff to get that great home up and running.

Oak Creek homes was the best experience I had in searching for my retirement home. Tom treated me with respect and was very professional, yet it was as if we became good friends and he sincerely wanted what was best for me. I highly recommend them! Well I am editing this review after getting my home delivered yesterday. Since my first post I got to know Rhonda very well.

She is amazing at her job and it's obvious she has a lot going on with many of us. She never fails to answer my questions. She is supportive and knowledgeable. Everything has gone so smoothly. I have no doubts or worries that the final phase will go just as well! Oak Creek is fabulous!
