I know how to fix irrigation but didn't have time to do my new property system. I had them come out to address multiple issues since they did the work for the previous owner. When I finally got the technician off the phone (which i was paying by the hour), he told me it was my well. So I had that checked and after $$$, it didn't help the irrigation. So I fixed simple and standard issues myself to get my system running again.

I have used this company for years at several of my own properties and referred them to many of my real estate clients. I'm a Realtor. Today I had them scheduled at one of my personal properties that is being renovated and was told that they would arrive between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. After waiting for the technician for an hour and forty-five minutes I called to ask if they were still coming to my address.

I was told that the technician was twenty minutes out. At 1:30 I called again (45 minutes later) and was told that the tech. was on his way. I asked to cancel my appointment and the lady said that she would call the tech. to let him know. At 2:05 I received a call from the tech. that he was at my house. A vacant house that is being remodeled. I was long gone and told him that I had called the office to cancel the appointment.

He told me that nobody had communicated with him. I apologized to him and in return he apologized to me-very nice. Obviously this company is lacking the professional office staff to clearly communicate with customers and other staff. After years of referrals Collin County Sprinkler will no longer receive any of mine. Everyone's time is valuable and we should all support small businesses that treat us customers with a little respect. Find a company that appreciates your business.

Called because sprinkler system not working. In less than an hour they determined the cause and replaced my controller. Was expecting a huge bill but the pricing was appropriate. Best thing was they showed up at the start of their given time window and were done very quickly in a friendly and professional way.

Unfortunately I feel driven to leave a 3 star review - could potentially be a 3.5 if I had the option. The service was great and they fixed all of the issues with our sprinkler system. However, they completely trampled over my newly planted flower beds. there were foot prints on the actual flowers and all throughout. Flowers were ripped out and just scattered throughout the bed.

We all know how time consuming it is to plant in ground flowers and I worked hard and also spent quite a bit of money on those flowers. I just don't understand why they couldn't have been more careful? Anyway, I'm disappointed but like I said-- They did repair everything well.

I recently had sprinkler heads repaired and they did a good job. Their price is reasonable, and the crews are professional. I needed a follow up visit to fix something and they did it without charging me for labor. I am very happy with their service. The office is very professional and responds on time. I am a satisfied customer.

Jose showed up with one other technician to fix a variety of broken heads and pipes in our irrigation system. I was actually scared of what they were going to find! Turned out that within 1 hour, they replaced 6 pop ups, 2 rotors, fixed a broken pipe, double checked and reset our system appropriately. WOW, that's impressive, especially considering that they charge per hour + parts.

As for parts, the prices charged were comparable to what I found online. Overall, I'm thrilled with the customer service, hard work, honest pricing, and professionalism of this company. Thanks guys!

Had CCS install the sprinkler system in my house last August, a total of 9 zones with 1 zone being a drip system. I must say the drip system could've been a little better, but overall the installation went really well. Really competitive pricing and they gave me a 3 year warranty with my system. I have used the warranty a couple of time and they are always extremely responsive and hassle free. Their warranty guy Ruben is always really nice and goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy.

These guys are great! They came out the same day we called to repair a sprinkler system leak. The tech called and gave me the cost of the repair before the work was done and they were able to take electronic payment. The cost was reasonable. One of the most simple and convenient transactions I have ever been a part of with a company. I would highly recommend them for any irrigation need.

The best Service Call experience I have had. They are very friendly and efficient. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment for a sprinkler system repair. The repairman showed up on time and easily assessed the issue. The cost was reasonable. The company seems to be honest and reliable, and I will use them again.

Requested via Angie's List and was able to schedule the next day to shut off a leaking sprinkler line and repair/replace 12 heads. They arrived on-time with a 2 man crew and finished the job in 2 hours. Both techs were very nice and efficient in getting the job done and cleaned up afterwards. I had used their service before to replace the cutoff valve and have been very pleased with their services both times and thought their cost was a great value.

Jorge was on time, as scheduled and also gave me a 25 minute courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was extremely knowledgeable and spent over two hours working on a repair of our sprinkler system due to some possibly cut wiring by our landscapers. Although he worked well over the two hours, he only charged me for two hours, and then reviewed all the stations with me before leaving. He was professional and courteous and I will definitely call this company again in the future and will ask for Jorge specifically. Thanks!
