My passion for building and construction projects started before I entered college. While getting my degree in construction management, in 1989 I opened my doors for business specializing in framing and siding. My company, K&L Contractors, Inc., has now been building and serving customers across Northern Colorado for more than 30 years.

Then, the stairs are built in-house in our facility using a precision CNC cutting stair machine that ensures an exact fit for both open and closed box stringers.
