Wow! Talk about super customer service! Why would anybody buy their flooring anywhere but here. They have in-depth knowledge of all the products they sell, they have a huge display but above all, they are patient and skillful at helping a overwhelmed customer narrow his/her selection. They are most willing to allow taking samples home. Have had them do installation too. They are most professional when visiting to measure and installation is done the right way. Again, I ask, "Why would anyone buy their flooring anywhere but here?"

We used Carpet Spectrum to install window treatments in my father's apartment. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable when selecting materials. The measurements and installation were handled with professionalism. The new window treatments look fantastic replacing old vertical blinds! I would definitely use them again.

The quality of service was above and beyond wonderful. The multitude of diverse options was mind blowing. The custom tile we ordered for our backsplash in the kitchen gets constant compliments and our laminent floor in the laundry room looks exquisite. Bathroom remodel coming up. Linda extremely artistic, knows the colors she wants on the floor, in the shower etc. Greetefby Mark and Lynne. Linda explains what we want. Mark offers her several choices. Mark extremely knowledgeable. Knew where everything was. Asked questions about which we hadn't thought. Lynne keeping us on track taking notes, refreshing memories. Vendor suggested by contractors who knows us and knows we like to buy locally. Recommend vendor highly. Both Mark and Lynne really know their stuff.

Awesome company, honest to a fault. Seriously.! We had arranged to have a carpeted floor replaced with laminated flooring. After pulling up the old carpet they pointed pout that the floor below was really good hardwood and might be refinished much more cheaply than laminate. They don't even do this work! They had to refer it out. They only charged us for the removal and a minimal restocking fee to return the laminate! They have my business forever!

Jessica guided me through choices and decisions for a kitchen backsplash and tiled bathroom remodel. She was helpful and knowledgeable the whole way. Had vinyl floor installed by Carpet Spectrum. Mike and Austin did a great job installing in a challenging room, many notches and cutouts. The original floor was old pine tongue and groove which had sepatated and heaved in places. The installation included 1/4 plywood over entire floor with the vinyl laid over top and finished molding around the room. The result is a beautiful and durable surface. They will be coming back to do two more rooms for us in the near future.

100% happy with the staff, selection, service, and installation. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.
