THESE GUYS ROCK! We had a pump cease, and they showed up with a replacement within a few hours. They replaced the pump and fixed the terrible plumbing left behind by the last place.

Excellent design and installation. Service since install has been great!

If your not calling these guys for your pool you're making a mistake! They installed a gunite pool with spa & 600sq ft of exposed aggregate in 3.5wks! The workers were great & answered any questions I asked. It was hard to find pool companies with good reviews online but my experience with Chameleon has been awesome! So glad we went with them!

Huge thank you to Mark at Chameleon Pools. In ground pool had the filter motor replaced 3 weeks ago by original pool installation company. Two weeks ago we open the pool, motor does not work. Original company put me on the service list, two weeks later no service, pool not clean, with no firm service date. Called Mark at Chameleon Pools today on my lunch, at 2:30 he calls back and the motor is fixed! Pool now clean, wow, thanks Mark!

The worst. After 4 years no resonse. Mega tries to fix. New Liner has pulled away from edges. Quick fixes from former employee. Main drain doesnt work.

Well, can't really give a review on the work but I can give a review, no response to the email sent. And.the in person appointment that I made for today was a no show and no call. So decision made on working with this company has been made. I won't be. Glad I stayed home waiting for him to show up.

I posted about a month ago that this company was a no show no call. That was true, about one week after the owner called me and apologized for his mistake. He was sincere and said this was in his error. So Everyone makes mistakes and he called me twice to apologize.

Chameleon poured our stamped concrete pad four years ago and it still looks amazing! The color and detail look fantastic. Bob (the owner) and his crew are very professional. Highly recommended

Update: put in pool- sill waiting to have them fix. They stamped in maple helicopters seeds into concrete (hundreds). Attempted grind some of them out and try to patch. The patch material is wrong color. Deck has grinder marks and maple seed impressions. Looks horrible. AND the pool leaked - turns out a part was not sealed in the bottom of the pool.

They fixed the leak but damaged the pool finish. We spent extra money on a special finish, done by another company. Our pool was on the national companies website, they had to photoshop out the damage. IF I could I would not put the pool in. I would NOT recommend Chameleon or WNY Pools or any company associated with them. OLD review:We replaced a wooden deck and wooden porch with colored stamped concrete.

My wife loves it! Chameleon did a great job. They accented/antiqued the the tanned stamped color concrete with black and green to match the newly sided house. They concrete flows into the paver patio. The crew was professional and best of the all the results are spectacular! Because of the great job, we are now looking to have Chameleon put in a pool.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I scheduled a closing over a month ago and they call me with less than 24 hour notice with some crazy excuse that now all of a sudden they only close pools they build. I had problems with them before but a lot of the people that work for them are very nice so I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe I just had a bad lemon.

Like the other reviewer, I would schedule something and they wouldn't show. They always seem to blame the poor person on the phone even when I call a day before to confirm. The owner is unwilling to work with anyone because of scheduling problems on their end. Very very poor business practices. DO NOT use Chamaeleon pools. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company.

Met them at a home and garden show here in Buffalo this past spring. We talked at length about putting in a back yard patio.blah blah blah all these amazing things they promised. We made an arrangement to meet after our vacation. I took the day off and waited for them to arrive and they pulled a "no show." No phone call - no nothing. Just never showed up even after a confirmation call the day before. I never pursued it - I took it as an omen. I guess business must be good they don't need any more work

I would avoid Chameleon Pools and Concrete at all costs. After doing a decent job at my place (it has odd markings that they said would go away and haven't) they did a job at my neighbors and my fathers houses. They screwed up my neighbors so bad the owner, Bob, came over to see it. Bob got into a FIGHT with the sales guy on my neighbors premises. Bob then argued with my neighbor, not wanting to compensate them for screwing up, and left the job unfinished.

Then after a few weeks my fathers concrete started to show oil marks and looked bad. Bob came out there and was completely disrespectful and rude and walked out in a fury offering no options to my parents to correct the ugliness. After several weeks, my 60+ mother and father went to their office, after Chameleon wouldn't return any calls, to drop off a note and to talk with the office manager, Eric.

At that time, Bob verbally and the PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED my father! As my father was walking out, from behind Bob pushed my father. Bob then yelled at my mother saying "did you see him push me?" My father never touched him and has filed a small claims suite against him and is pressing charges against Bob. The owner is obviously crazy and has anger issues, and Chameleon does poor work! They're 0-3!

I question the old review on that site saying Bob is great. I would bet he wrote that trying to balance all the other reviews saying the opposite! Why would you title a review of a business like that unless you had other motives? So, if you want this type of behavior when paying someone thousands of dollars, then they're right for you! But likely you want someone that does quality work and is of quality character, and therefore you should LOOK ELSEWHERE!
