I called Bowen's for a septic tank pump out and inspection. John kept me updated on his arrival time, completed the pump out quickly and advised that the outlet baffle on the tank was starting to degrade, so I had the baffle replaced as a precaution. John also gave us some good tips on properly managing use of the septic system. Highly recommend Bowen's for your septic and sewer needs.

BEWARE! This company destroyed our driveway and is refusing to fix it. The weight of the truck cracked 3 slabs of concrete in our 3-year old driveway. We told them we weren't comfortable with them putting the truck in our driveway, but the service tech insisted, stating "he does this all the time and has never had an issue". He also proclaimed "the company has1,000,000 insurance and would fix anything they broke". After assuring us and trusting that he knew what he was doing I signed the Ipad wavier. Now the owner is refusing to fix it. BEWARE!

I called several septic companies on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for the next week. Ginger with Bowen's Septic Tank was the only person to return my call and wanted to schedule. Daniel was able to come out early. He professionally serviced and repaired my septic system! I appreciate his attention to detail and care for my property. Thank you.

I reached out to Bowen's Septic a couple of months ago because my septic leach field had started to fail. Within that week, they had sent someone over to do an inspection, got me a quote for the replacement, and started getting all the paperwork started. They handled the process from start to finish, including all necessary paperwork for the county environmental department.

When the day finally came to have a new leach field put in, the workers showed up on time and went to work straight away. They completed the job that day, with no interruption to my house. The quality of work was excellent, the customer service was top notch, and I feel confident that my system was repaired appropriately. I will be using Bowen's for any and all of my septic system needs. Highly recommend.

Great experience. I have been a customer with Bowen's Septic Tank for more than 10 years and will continue to use them. My System Tech, Dan, was on time, did a great job and explained everything he was doing. He didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need like so many Septic tank companies would have done (a nightmare I've continue to hear about from my neighbors).

Daniel was amazing from start to finish. I hired Bowen to pump my septic tank which was more intense than i imagined. We discovered the opening was under my walk way. He walked me through the process from start to finish and made sure i understood the possible issues that could occur. He was literally at my home majority of the day and he was extremely pleasant.

Serviced Septic. We love Bowen Septic, and have been using them for years. They are a fantastic local business. Kenneth came out to service the septic today, and he called to let me know what time he would arrive, texted to let me know he was on the way, and did a great job. We love that there aren't a bunch of hidden fees. Some other septic companies charge extra for every little thing. Bowen gives you one price, and it's a fair price. Highly recommend.

I called Bowen for the first time back in 2019 after we bought our house and our septic kept overflowing in the yard. They were the most affordable quote, professional, friendly, and the quality of service is unmatched! I just had to call them again because our septic backed up into the house last night. Once again, Bowen came through for us. They sent a truck out, opened up the tank and investigated to find the issue. Turns out we needed to have the tank pumped, a filter replaced and the mainline hydro jet in order to clear it.

They did mention back in 2019 we would be due for that service in a few years. Again, the cost for those services is still way less than what I've heard other companies charge. All of the technicians and staff I've dealt with at Bowen have been nothing but professional and friendly. We do not trust our septic to anyone else. Knowing that going forward we should only have to have regular maintenance going forward, I can enjoy the rest of my weekend after having my issue taken care of. Thank you Bowen!

Bowen's is very professional and reliable. My appointment was confirmed and the technician called before arrival. My septic tank was pumped and the following day my outlet was replaced. I highly recommend Bowen's the technician John and his assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any septic or plumbing problems give Bowen's a call.

Septic tank pumped. John did a very good job of digging the hole cleanly, saving the sod, pumping the tank, resealing the lid, and replacing the dirt and sod. The whole thing took less than an hour. Bowen had done our previous service, which updated our original system; and this one was much easier and cleaner!

Guys came out within an hour of call. They were professional and very knowledgeable of septic tanks. I would recommend and use them again. Probably not the cheapest company but when it comes to something like this you can't afford to go cheap as often you get what you pay for. Service: Repair outdoor systems

Where do I start. David and Austin were the technicians. There did an excellent job of analyzing and fixing my problem quickly. I had spent a lot of money on other septic repairmen and got no results but the Bowen techs were very knowledgeable and were done within an hour. Plus they charged me less than I had been quoted by others. In summary, they were very professional, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced. They have now become my go- to company for any septic or plumbing problems.

Bowen's is an HONEST, professional and competent organization. We had our 1,500 gallon septic tank pumped today. Gabriel & Israel were the two techs working on the job. They are great ambassadors for Bowen's. They are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent! They thanked me for my military service (which is frowned on by many companies these days) and explained the procedure (step by step) as they went.

They opened BOTH holes (solid tank & liquid tank) and pumped both. The last company to pump my septic tank was a "discount company" and only opened the liquid tank hole. Besides that, , they charged me $625 for a $45 filter. Our tanks were full and we called to have them serviced at just the right time. If you've ever needed your septic tank serviced you know things can get costly. Quality and affordability often times dont intertwine. This time they did. The service tech Daniel was very proficient at diagnosing what problems I had with my system and repairing them in a timely manner. After he pumped my tank he noticed that water was not flowing through my inlet pipe.

Instead of directing me to a plumber he began to jet my pipe out himself, problem solved, saved me hundreds. Dont waste your time with other big name companies. Been there, done that. Bowen is the best in our area hands down.

Gabriel and Israel came out and stayed after dark to complete their work. Gabriel called us several times during the day to keep us updated on their arrival time. Both were friendly and helpful explaining what they were doing and making us aware of any issues we had and solutions for them. Great job. I would highly recommend there services!

The owners employee Ginger was very helpful courteous and informative. However the owner did not show up or call. I Called next day. He Said he beeped at our house from the road! We're dogs? Couldn't walk to front door? He figured out from the road he couldn't fix the septic tank Saying it would cost over 10k. Saying we would have to hook up to the county and he would do that. I called another septic tank company. They came out that day. Fixed it. Reasonable price. If you don't wanna do the job just say it. No need to BS.

My family use Bowen's for our septic treatment for the past three years. The reason why is due to circumstances three years ago. Our septic system kept backing up. I called two other companies and all they did was pump. Bowen's actually took time to diagnose the problem and found one of our chambers collapsed. Excellent customer service and their technicians take time to review their work and findings. Kyle and Israel have come out to conduct maintenance on our system. Overall, excellent service and highly recommend.

I used this company about two years ago. The young lady who took my call was wonderful! We had a very humorous conversation about my septic backing up and she assured me that despite the workers also being backed up (pun intended) they were working hard getting jobs done. The price quoted to pump the septic was about $100 more than previously (not bad factor ing in inflation).

They had dig safe come out and then called to apologize because they couldn't get to us till the next day. No problem, this happens. They arrived first thing in the morning. Kyle and John! Came to get the job done, worked quickly and with minimum tear of our yard (John got off his digger when he was done and smoothed out any tread marks from the machine). Explained what they were doing and steps we could take to address problems with our (older) system. Excellent customer service all the way around! Highly recommend.
