This company was amazing! I needed roll off dumpsters to remove concrete! Not only was the price amazing compared to competitors they were very accommodating! I was a pain and they worked with me every step of the way even getting us two addition roll off dumpsters short notice and disposed of our concrete! Highly recommend! I have used mgm dumpster for both trailer and roll off dumpsters. Every time the driver made sure my dumpster was placed to allow for the most ergonomic use. The customer service is why I will call back again! This company treats its big accounts and home owners with the same spot on customer service. The drivers I had go the extra mile every time.

All the staff are top notch and very thoughtful and pay attention to detail. The best company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The dumpster placement was not an easy one but they dropped off and picked up with the greatest of ease and care! Only half an inch of clearance on each side. One being a fence and the other my home. Did not touch either one. Your drivers are awesome. I am telling everyone to use MGM for all their disposal needs.

MGM has been a pleasure to work with during these last few days as the majority of Metro Detroit has flooded, and restoration companies have been called into homes to assist with personal property. Not only has their office staff been a pleasure to work with, ensuring that our company needs are being met, but their delivery drivers, Mike in particular, are phenomenal.

He took extra care when placing the can, and with talking to our staff and the customer who's home we were servicing. Mike ensured that the can was placed in exactly the correct spot, and had no issues when manipulating the can and making adjustments to placement. Amazing company to work with, and I'm so happy that we have such a great professional relationship with them.

We received another delivery yesterday 7/2, and I believe the driver's name was Gary. Exceptional service, yet again. Thank you MGM for having a team that takes such pride in their work, and makes it such an easy process during such a challenging time.

I'm a home owner but do a lot of work myself that needs a dumpster from time to time. MGM has great customer service. Probably never would have thought to review a dumpster rental company, but was really happy with how responsive they were. Great company. We started Reno of our house in 2018, we have used this company now 3 times. They are awsome. I won't use anyone else.

First off let me say when I rented a dumpster I had no idea they would be sending a show piece or the parade trailer. wow that thing looked nice. Most dumpsters are dirty and ugly not MGMs. I didn't mind having that thing sit in my driveway at all. The 20 yard trailer was perfect to throw away all my old junk while moving out. They didn't rush me to pick it back up like I thought they would. I recommend this company hands down! I see these shiny dumpsters all over. not an eye sore at all

Any containers, steel open top roll-offs or rubber tire, they have them all available. Will do anything to make the customer happy. We at Hicks Construction don't use anyone else. Great job guys!

Con Artists. The term in the industry for yard waste is "compost". My land clearing company asked that I obtain a container for compost only, so I did that. I paid about $50 more than other companies because of the perceived convenience and courtesy they showed on the phone. The work was done, all yard waste was placed into the container, MGM picked up its container and then the trouble started.

I receive a call from the office claiming that we placed a lot of dirt into the container and that a tonnage surcharge would have to be applied. There was a slight amount dirt that was part of the root systems in some of the trees and heavy brush we pulled up but we did not put dirt in there. We put only compost in there. When I spoke with the young lady who rented the unit to me, she said "I thought when you said compost you were talking about chips from running the stuff through the chipper." Well, what can I say, if it were chips, I would be using my own chips as mulch, wouldn't I?

Would you? I protested about the charge that I thought would be coming to my credit card and sure enough it hit my account. So I am disputing the charges on my card. There are a lot of companies you can rent your dumpster from. If you rent from these guys after reading the previous review and this review, then you will get what you pay for. This is a classic bait and switch scheme. I would caution you to just stay as far away from them as possible. They are bad news.

Unfortunately what seems like a promising company falls short. After order of the dumpster we were required to sign a contract regarding items allowed in dumpster, not notified prior to order. Upon return of the dumpster we were notified the dumpster was over the limit. New roof, 40 yd dumpster? No. We were charged the overage fee. 2nd Dumpster return, 3 weeks later receive a call that our dumpster with the allowable 5 ton limit (again half full) was over 12 tons. 3 weeks later you call and say were charging you $200+ dollars with no proof of the weight? I think not. We will never use them again!
