Ana Granite

Customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced at a store that sells such expensive items. Picked out a stone online with my cabinet company--Greenville Cabinet Dist. and arranged for an appointment. Drove 4 hours round trip to be told "it was not Ana's process" to actually show me the stone choices available until I paid $4,000.00.

So I paid the money and drove back the next week (4 hours round trip) to be told that I still couldn't actually see the stone choices until they came out to measure. Called six times to try and find out what the sink sizes were (that ANA offers) and was CHASTIZED by Erica the admin because THEY ARE VERY BUSY AND THEY WILL TELL ME ABOUT THE SINKS WHEN THEY COME OUT TO MEASURE. whoa.

I am told that these folks have grown very quickly during Covid which would explain why the salespeople know absolutely nothing about the products that they are selling.but not actually "showing" to their customers. Don't know about their fabrication but if it's anything like the customer service--BUYER BEWARE!

My kitchen countertops turned out beautiful, however, my 2 bathrooms countertops were a nightmare. They cut the back splashes to short. I called and left 3 messages for the owner to call me and never did. Then, when someone finally got back with me they charged me $150 more to fix their mistake. They messed up my drywall and left a mess when they came back, even leaving a razor blade on the floor. Extremely disappointed in this company!

Great company to do business with. Communication was excellent from the start to finish and they did what they said they would do and on time. They had the best choices for granite and had excellent installers! They did a great professional job and it looks great and I love it!

What a great place with great people. I got a couple slabs to use for leather work and it was the most pleasant experience. Would recommend to anyone in need of countertops or any stone surface.

Showed up without an appointment and they had a salesperson assigned to me within 2 minutes. showed me what I needed to see regarding a style of quartz. Also left with a bigger sample size as compared to builder studio, they said j could even keep the sample, no need to return.

We had A&A Granite do our countertops for our kitchen remodel. They had great customer service on all ends from the beginning! Highly recommended!

Very nice showroom with kitchen and bath models. A large selection in the warehouse as well as remnants from which to choose. Very friendly staff and the young lady with which we spent time talking was very friendly and gave great and honest opinions. She also had very good advice concerning styling touches. The building is located behind Speedway off Bristol road.

A.N.A. Granite did my kitchen counters and I couldn't be happier. From the absolute precise measurements, the careful installation(it was tricky), the patience as I went through the showroom of slabs to everything happening so fast, I highly recommend them. I don't even have my original pick. James came to measure and showed me pictures of his own kitchen so when I went and saw "Alaska White" in person I knew that was the one!

I hadn't seen that one at any showrooms around town and i visited them all! Highly recommend going and picking your slab though. The installers were so so careful and professional and polished and sealed my counters then showed me how to keep them gorgeous. Thank you A.N.A.! I wish I could post a picture.

Can't say enough about how much I enjoyed the process of learning about the different stones and grades. Erica was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions she was true pleasure to work with. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectation the granite is beautiful and I was given a wealth of information on how to maintain and care for my new counter top Thank You to the whole company the staff from the first person I met to the installation crew were absolutely wonderful professional and a great joy Thanks for making my experience so wonderful

From machine to hand polishing you won't find another granite shop that does their quality of work. These guys are experts at moving large pieces and installation. They can easily solve any problems that might arise during the installation process. Huge showroom housing some of the most exotic granite slabs and a friendly sales staff. They did a beautiful job with my dad's kitchen and we highly recommend ANA.

Company was decent to work with. Answered all my questions and concerns about the countertop installation. The two installers that came out were polite and the install went ok. One piece was a little too large and they had to come back a few days later to adjust the stone. I would work with ANA again but never Starline that was recommended to work through. Starline was worthless and caused more problems than working directly with ANA.

Ana Granite is the best around! The showroom is huge and had such a great selection. Everybody we dealt with at Ana Granite was friendly and helpful. The guys that installed our granite did a great job. They were so friendly. So happy I chose Ana Granite.

I would like to report dangerous driving by one of your trucks on 8/24/2017. I would hope as a business you would take seriously the breaking of laws by your drivers. We were dangerously tailgated, and cut off almost causing a serious accident. I have pictures of the van, please contact me directly if you take this sort of thing seriously. I have pictures I can share with you of the van and the passengers.

I am writing this review not to complain but to hopefully help prevent anyone else from waisting thousands of dollars! First off they miscut the hole for our cooktop. I also noticed three large cracks that I think happened when they came back to recut the hole. The over hang on my island was cut so short that we can't even finish the island, we now have a hole there.

The two levels of the island were cut wrong and when you look at it you can see the crooked lines. They offered a 5% discount to live with the issues because there was no granite to match ours. No offer to redo it! Reading through the reviews for this company my husband noticed that they were all from employees! Don't let their false reviews blind you into thinking they are a good company. If they were a good company they would stand behind their work and fix their mistakes. #stayaway #SMH #reviews #anagranite
