M & R Garage Doors

They are so efficient and quick when it comes to problems and the replacement of our garage door was seamless.

Prompt, knowledgeable (don't oil the rollers!). Because our garage door is 17 ft, had a special order. It's lasted about 20 years, was a service call needed about every 10 years, such as when the door is squeaking, or the button stop working. Highly recommend.

First time homeowner, with first time garage. Door wasn't open all the way when I backed into it. Whoopsie! Called M & R. They were there the SAME DAY. Did not pressure me into a new door, fixed the one I took off track, and the dents I put into it. Took less than 20 minutes, and bill was surprisingly low!

My garage door went wacky and crashed. Tech had it opening and closing fast. Thank you again M&R.

My opener on Pole barn needed down limit adjustment M&R installed originally. Two service guys show up. Younger guy was new trainee. Older guy first tells me my panels are likely waterlogged and should be replaced but will try and adjust. Trainee does all the work under older guys direction. Everything adjusted fine in short order nothing waterlogged. Invoice arrives and I am shocked.

When I called and questioned the bill was told my 11' door is now considered "commercial" and requires 2 service technicians. I questioned why I should be paying for a trainee. I paid the bill but last time I will ever use M&R. They may have been around since 1960 but things have changed.

They need to have a better set up for billing. They just send a very poor diner style receipt with no instructions on how to pay. About a week after the bill shows up, they send another one with what they probably feel is a funny way of saying to pay them but it's pretty unprofessional. I wasn't able to get to their office because the hours don't match up very well and they were closed every time I tried to make it and so about 2 or 3 weeks after receiving the second notice asking to be paid, they sent me another one but then telling me the next action would to take me to court.

If they had a way to pay online or any other way, I would have done that from day one but they don't. The customer service isn't the greatest either. Will definitely be looking elsewhere for future projects.

Called this morning after the spring broke on my garage door on the coldest and windiest day we have had in over 2 years. They had a very nice gentleman named Pete at my house by noon with all the parts needed to fix the door. I never expected to have that job completed so quickly. Thank you M&R for a fantastic job, great price, and awesome service.

Ive never had repair on a garage door before so didnt know how it worked. Receptionist neglected to inform me of the $85 service fee.guy showed up and didnt knock or say he was there. Went outside to find a guy repairing the garage door. Great that it was fixed, but they didnt quote or anything. And they didnt show up in the time frame they had originally given :

I had to replace the springs on my garage door and looked online and saw there were different sizes and had no idea what to get. Took a chance these guys sold parts and the woman working got me exactly what I needed with no issues. Highly recommend these guys
