Swanson's offers one-day repairs on all makes and models of vacuums. Drop off your vacuum at either of our locations. We will call you with an EXACT PRICE to repair your vacuum no later than the next business day. If you approve the estimate, your vacuum will be repaired & ready for pick up, in usually just ONE DAY. Because we stock over 20,000 parts in-stock, your vacuum doesn't sit on a shelf waiting for parts. Once you approve the repairs, we get to work!
In general a manufacturers warranty covers items that are defective from the factory. These warranties do not how ever cover items that are subject to wear such as belts bristles and attachments. Dropped off vacuum at Sycamore location for repair. When I went to pick it up a gentleman was in the store angry because he had his vacuum in for repair only to have to bring it back because it wasn't fixed. And then I get my vacuum home to discover it was still not working. Store temporarily closed do to COVID. Called and was told they covered repairs for a certain amount of time after repair. Waiting for Sycamore location to open.
Now find out it's closed permanently. Called Machesney Park location again, no answer, left message and have not received a call back. Very disappointed in repair service and customer service.

I will never again to go to a big box store to purchase a vacuum!
