Synergy Heating & Cooling came to the rescue to service our Geothermal unit when the agency who installed it couldn't get parts or seemed interested. Synergy was able able to quickly evaluate the situation, received ordered parts within 1 week and repaired our geothermal system. Trevor, technician, is knowledgeable and professional. We will be using Synergy Heating & Cooling from now on for all of our heating and cooling needs!

No complaints on the actual installation of the furnace. however, I felt that there was little concern in the fact that I was without a furnace for over a month. No communication to update me on the status. AND, the communication to coordinate the electrician and your person doing the installation was ZERO. When I talked to your person, he stated that he would contact the electrician when he was planning to do the installation. This didn't happen, thus delaying a working furnace even longer, and then the delay in ordering the thermostats prolong the time to have any heat even longer.

We woke up to our old furnace not working and the temperature in the house dropping. Called before hours and got a call back from Jennifer before their hours. Jennifer answered my multiple questions and phone calls and was extremely pleasant. They sent Jaime to look (we weren't customers) to see if they could help us get it in working order before anything else.
We decided to get a replacement and Jaime didn't pressure or try to upsell and still tried to see if we could get ours running in the meantime. We couldn't get it going and he needed to go get our new furnace. Chad was sent to install and he was thorough as well. No mess made, they had to build something between the furnace and ac and it looks slick.
Despite having lost power at the office and weather being wet and cold, he did it without complaint or frustration. They both answered our questions and even though my husband understands what they're saying, they took the time to explain to me because I wanted to know. We dreaded the day we would need to replace our furnace and our experience with Synergy has turned us into life long customers. We're already looking at getting an AC unit and add ons because how wonderful they were.

Brian called in advance and arrived when he said he would which was right at the scheduled time. He was friendly, efficient and enjoyable. He did his work, and checked in to make sure all was as it should be. I was very pleased with his service. He was dog friendly and enjoyed my four footed friend who wants to be a part of everything that is happening. Thanks Brian for the great service.

Tom is great! Timely, notified us of ETA, professional but friendly, thorough, responsive to my many, many questions, clear and easy to understand answers/directions, took time to listen, patient. Explained warranty/work/payment process before he left premises so we knew what to expect (and it happened just as he said it would!) Great employee, a definite asset, treat him well.
