I did a total remodel of my main floor, and I really needed help with choices & options. Jill helped me tremendously! She was very knowledgeable, and great help with decision making! We ordered all of our flooring and tile from Floor to Ceiling. Jill worked with us from the beginning to the end of our building project and responded quickly with any questions we had. She had our budget in mind while making our selections. This helped us immensely as they have a large selection. Jill was knowledgable, patient and offered helpful design ideas. We will go to her for future needs and would highly recommend her!

I love my cabinets but was not happy with the sales person. She made numerous errors during the entire process and as a result held up our entire remodel by weeks and appeared "flip" about it. I called recently on the "soft close" problem we are having with the cabinets and was told by this same sales person that it's a " humidity issue". And I felt she once again blew us off. The cabinet doors aren't just sticking they won't close. I have since talked to some else who will resolve this issue. Thank you Beth.
