Hired Home imp. Shop to build a porch on the front of my home. I called and Buddy came out the next day, gave me a quote and discussed options. I accepted the quote (I had previously worked with these folks to add on a room and deck about 6 years ago) so accepted the quote right away. Work was done on time, on budget, and I am very pleased. These guys are artists. Both my porch and not so new now addition are beautiful.

Buddy was suppose to come give me a quote on a kitchen remodel. The first appointment he showed up an hour early. Of course I wasn't home. The second appointment he was a no call and no show. I called him to find out if he was coming since I took time off work to be here. He said he was sick and would call me back to reschedule I have not heard back from him. I would not hire this company. If I cant get them out here for an estimate, how can I trust that they will show up to actually do the job?

We requested a quote from this company for finishing our bathroom. Buddy came to do the estimate and after a week and a half we did not hear from him and so we asked him when we could expect the quote. He said he hadn't started it but he would get it to us by Monday or Tuesday. That was over a week ago. We never got the quote. Never heard from him.

I wish to share an e-mail that I sent to the Home Improvement Shop owners. They are in the process of redoing about 60 decks here at Gramercy Park Coop of Plymouth. Now that the deck project is about half completed I wish to tell you how pleased we are and are so glad we picked HIS to do the work. The few small problems that the residents have noticed have been addressed quickly by your crew.
The workers could not be any nicer as well as respectful to the Gramercy Park residents. Thanks for the superb job you are doing. I have received only compliments and no complaints on the project thus far. Bob Denno President
