It's snowing and my furniture won't turn. And they are leaving me in the cold. They won't come out to fix the furnace since its a weekend and the on call guy does not want to drive in the snow. and he said that he does not have a truck that can drive in the snow. They don't have any 4 wheel drive trucks. now me and my kids are stuck in the cold? and no eta when it can be fixed?
The service manager showed up around 4 pm. The service call was placed at 9am. it is now fixed, but this storm was predicted days before. A company should be prepared for this, even if its a weekend. There should not be one on call guy during a predicted storm, and if so, why does he not have the tools needed. if those tools include a truck that can drive in the snow.
