We are very happy that we called HL Bennett Jr to have our septic system serviced. We may have waited a little long to get our septic pumped and our service tech Matthew went above and beyond to get our system back in good order. HL Bennett Jr was responsive, professional, and on time. We will be using them again! Thank you.

After a backup in our basement we learned that our septic was in excess of 70 years old and needed replacing, including our leech field. HL Bennett was recommended to me and I was beyond impressed with them. Jay was communicative, prompt and informative with what is an extremely chaotic home repair. They worked with the town, and my plumber who also needed to tackle a portion of the job.

His guys worked tirelessly in the winter weather to get the job done. And they did it with a smile. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of my home. I found the price to be fair and reasonable for the major work that needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I called HL Bennett on an inquiry last Sunday afternoon to find out if they could remove the metal framework and permanently fill in our in-ground pool. We had a response back first thing Monday morning and a fair proposal the following morning. They promptly responded to all our phone calls and texts regarding this project. We were very impressed with the care taken to protect our property from the heavy equipment required to do the job.

The grassy area surrounding where the pool had been, was completely unblemished. Awesome job. We will definitely recommend them and will call them again for our next project.

I have used H.L. Bennett twice in the last 3 years and customer service is excellent. Today, a true professional (Eric) cleaned out our septic in the pouring rain, and yet, he took his time and left the yard in perfect condition before he left. You would never even know he dug out a hole. Great service all around. Much appreciated.

Please avoid this contractor at all costs! Used them to pump and inspect septic system prior to purchasing a house. Inspection report stated tank was good. Selling house 23 months later and used them again. Now tank is bad and needs to be replaced. Had 2 other companies cone out and do inspections to confirm and quote price on new tank. Both stated that Bennett didn't do a proper inspection and tank would have been bad at first inspection. Now I have to spend $7,100 for a new tank because they never did the job I paid them for to begin with. Thank you HL Bennett.

Excellent experience! The gentleman who came to my house was courteous and professional. I had no idea where my septic tank was and he patiently Sat by and figured it out with me. He also discovered a problem with the plumbing going into my tank. Which I never would have discovered without him. I'll honestly never use another company. Thanks again guys, and keep up the good work!
