Stop by to buy some pavers, saw their display and quickly chose. Tim came outside and greeted us, we talked and told him what we wanted. we go inside and get a price, then they tell us is 10-12 weeks wait for them. We left and though about it and decided to place the order and wait.only thing is the price was different when we came back, I even told my wife to check and make sure it was the same pavers we wanted. So now we wait. Will update once we get our order.

1/3 of a star actually, I bought 3 too many of an expensive cap stone and when I went to take them back I was informed they don't take product back, this is the only stone business I have ever dealt with that didn't refund for over buying. Needless to say Apache will never see another dollar from me EVER. THERE ARE A LOT OF BETTER STONE BUSINESSES AROUND, YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF ELSEWHERE!

Awful experience. Avoid this place at all costs unless you are very experienced in what exactly to look for. Out of 2 tons of the brown black stone not 1 piece was flat. NOT 1! We have to break into small pieces to be useable. I expect maybe 50% waste. I called and politely voiced my concerns and immediately got a we don't take back material, you picked it out.
I guess looking for flat stones just never crossed my mind. She said I'm more than welcome to come and pick up more, my expense of course. She couldn't have cared less. Go somewhere else that will make sure you get what you need even if you have to pay a little more.

The older lady up front was very condescending & wickedly rude. I drove an hour to this location in traffic and when I arrived I was asking for quotes on flagstone she basically shutted me up rudely with pricing. I drove there for nothing. business is based on customer relations how is this lady terrorizing customers and still up front handling clients wow!

I will never do business with this company ever. I first called about some pricing on their veneer products. Just so i can get a ballpark figure. I get there to see what they had available and was treated like a second class citizen? The price jumped up at almost doubled from what my first phone conversation was. I chose not to buy the veneer stone from them for the way I was treated.
I did decide to get a specific type of flagstone because it was what I was looking for and since I was there I thought why not? There was another competitor that had the same kind across town. I didn't want to drive the distance for it so I figured I might as well get it. Flagstone is sold by weight and of course they were more expensive and was willing to pay the difference.
The scale showed the weight was 140 lbs. I go in to pay and they charged me for 280 lbs. I knew what was going on and let it go. I'll be the better person and walk away instead of going to these thieves level. I thought what would be more effective is to write a review of my experience there. Consumers please think twice before you spend your hard earned money at a type of business like this.

Apache Stone showroom has an excellent selection and well displayed. Ed took time to help us choose the right stone, which was Autumn Rose stacked stone for the front of our home. Then I needed a stone contractor: David Ortega. David met us promptly at home, took accurate measurements, and gave us a competitive bid. Then David met us on a Saturday at Apache Stone and negotiated a discount on over $2,300 worth of Autumn Rose, a natural stacked stone for the front of our home. David and his coworker, Jaime, were skillful and diligent in completing the work within one week.
There were hundreds of cuts to be made with their skill saw in order to fit curves, nooks, and crannies. David and Jaime persisted in the heat and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to hire David again. Now I have beautiful stone in front. Neighbors have complimented the work and the selection of stone. I tell them contact David and Jaime when they want to improve the looks and value of their own homes.
One other note, this job required making significant adjustments on the columns built by American West. David solved the difficult problem and I'm so happy he did. Hire David Ortega and you will be pleased too!

I just moved to Vegas and needed to have my double sided fireplace faced with stone. I visited a number of stone dealers but Apache had the best selection of both cultured and real stone. I selected the cultured stone and it looks great. Apache recommended an installer David Ortega from Ortega Installations. I can't say enough good things about David, Jimmy and the team.
They work with the stone like old world masons. They are as good as it gets. Extremely professional and quite reasonable. I was so impressed that I had them install a backsplash and to redo my shower in Master Bath. If you are looking for stone work go to Apache for stone and then ask for David Ortega to quote the install. You will be very satisfied.

Horrible place! Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. I bought some pavers from this business, I was shown something and given something completely different. When I asked them to change the stone to the right color, they said that that's all they have. So my next suggestion was if you don't have the stone that you showed me then take your product back and I will go get it somewhere else. They refused to take the product back and wanted to issue a refund of what hasn't been picked up yet.wow what a way to do business!

I needed to purchase a load of stone for my home in Goodyear. I called e few places and Apache Stone LLC stood out among the rest. The person I spoke to on the phone was very polite and knowledgeable. It is rare that I receive that kind of quality customer service. The stone was delivered to my home the next day, on time, and I was very happy with the quality of the product and the customer service I received.
