This week we switched pest control providers. A couple weeks ago our heating abd air conditioning provider showed us where pack rats are coming into our ceiling. I called Conn Pest for pest removal and cleaning, they told me they do not do that. We contacted Truly Nolan, the removed and sanitized the pack rat problem along with ensuring all places they have entered our home are closed off and out into place pest control for the future.

I have used them for 12 years for maintenance and emergencies and they are always prompt, friendly and helpful. Vicki, Cameron, Dennis and Brett are all top notch.

Unfortunately, I had a number of unpleasant experiences as a new customer. Most important my "ant problem" was not resolved after treating the entire house inside and out. Ben, the very nice service employee, eventually returned twice with only moderate success. Calls to the business' service desk were met with a very "I really don't care." attitude, return calls from the service individual to set return service times never occurred - he simply showed up and fortunately I was home.

By the time of the delayed 2nd visit I had already purchased ant poison and dealt with the problem. I continue to have ant issues and at some point I will call another pest control company. UPDATE: Owner called, visited my house and wanted very much to rectify the ant problem. (Reviews do help!) By that time I had pretty much solved my insect problem though the owner was willing to do whatever was necessary to help.

We were paying for a different company's monthly pest control services. Not only were we not getting pest control, it was as if they were being fed. A neighbor recommended Conn. They came out within a week and treated the 1st time and we now understand that the company we were paying before must have been spraying nothing but water around our property.

Within 24 hours we were seeing bugs belly-up all over our property and we have not seen one live scorpion since they treated where we were seeing 4 or 5 a night. Really glad our neighbor made such a good recommendation.

I had termites in my Sedona house about 12 years ago. It was easy to deal with Conn Pest Control. They got rid of the termites quickly and at a reasonable price. Recently Conn Pest Control saved me from making a $500,000 mistake by discovering massive termite infestations in a house I was considering. Home inspectors, and other exterminator companies were not so forthcoming. Thanks Conn!

Conn Pest were recommended to me by my real estate agent. They came out and did the pest inspection on the purchase of our new home in Cottonwood and did an excellent job. We set them up on an automatic spray service and they come out monthly for us and now we no longer have bugs and issues. Super helpful people and super nice. They always followed up with me on questions or concerns and always give me a heads up when they're coming out as well. I would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone. I have been a self employed general contractor for many years and I can tell good company when I see it.

We have used Conn Pest Control for nearly 16 years. The employees are courteous and competent. We appreciate their call to us as a reminder of the service. And, best of all, the little pest critters have been under control.
