There was a mix up on our appointment time so my service call was missed. I had confirmed the day prior and we were set. When I called the next business day, they were most helpful and considerate of my time lost from and re-scheduled my appointment for that day and my convenience. I must say that doesn't happen nowadays. They did my service and repair and the technician was very knowledgeable and explained my system to me. They have my trust and respect for the excellent customer service. I will continue to use them and recommend them from my experience.

We purchased a Lopi Liberty from HMI and has their team install it. We were well taken care of throughout the entire process and everyone was great to work with! The install went very well and was done professionally and efficiently! Dave, Mike, and Coleman did a superb job with our stove and through-attic installation, as we do not have an existing chimney.

I had not considered Lopi before going into the showroom and speaking with Mark. He made the recommendation for the Liberty based on the size of our home and how we wanted to heat it. The craftsmanship and build-quality of this USA-made stove are exceptional and I would recommend Lopi to anyone looking for a well-built, quality wood stove. Nice products but pricing was a bit higher than expected. While price I'm sure reflects the quality of product they carry, I didn't appreciate the sales associate basically laughing that I wanted to stay around the $1000 range. Let me save you the trip, unless you're wanting to spend more than $2500 they can't help you. I went to another place and got a gas log fireplace that cost less than my price range and it heats 800sqft or more than the $2500 base model they offer. So if you have $3000 or more to spend on a fireplace that will heat 1 room than I highly recommend HMI because they've got some BEAUTIFUL products to offer.

Excellent place to purchase wood stove, fireplace inserts, or other related needs. We have used them for 3 different houses over the past several years. They have been reasonably priced, had great expertise, and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend HMI.

HMI has some amazing Beautiful & even LED light fireplace inserts, wall mounts, wood burning stoves, pellet stoves. Lacey the office manager is professional & a great sweetheart. Charlie the owner well is a good man. He professional & straight forward.

Had to get a replacement remote for my gas fireplace and their reps were able to diagnose what type of fireplace I had and what kind of remote/receiver I needed to get it working. Pricing for replacement pieces was spot on with anything I saw online. Great service!

Great customer service! Scott answered all of my questions and gave very helpful input and advice. The on-line tool was particularly nice because Scott helped me "build my fireplace" and select features for function as well as asthetics. I am so looking forward to my new fireplace!

Left them a lead on the website on Monday Night - the called me back at 4pm on Tuesday Afternoon. Salesman literally did not want my business he was finding ways to talk me out of it. Pretty much felt like he was in a hurry to go home and did want to mess with me! I was prepared to spend over $2000 to $3000 on couple things wanted done to our fireplace and house ( a mantel, couple fans for gas fireplace and a central vac ) but I guess I will be going else where. in fact he recommended Aaron's Fireplace in Republic.

We had a completely wonderful experience! Scott took great care of us instore. and Shawn & Dave were very skilled, professional installers. We are enjoying our fireplace more than ever before!
